This tucked away gift shop is more than just a gift shop! I first noticed insulators in the glass display case near the register. Then I noticed a collection of sea glass! The owner, Nellie was so nice and shared her knowledge on sea glass. I could have talked to her for hours since I collect it and didn't have a change to drive out to some of the beaches that have sea glass to add to my collection. She has so much history on glass and has rare colored pieces that she showed me -I was just in awe! Her shop is like a little sea glass museum! She made my trip to PEI very special! This is a shop with lots of tourist toys and gifts to buy focused on a PEI theme. Some of it was a bit tacky, but some of it was genuinely cool stuff! Lots of cool art and even some local creations. Some Christmas ornaments, but overall the theme was PEI in summer. There were many cool things in this shop. Worth a stop if you're into shopping! Easy to access, and reasonably large inside.
