By far the worst Sephora experience I've ever had! I'm in the store with my sisters browsing at the products, then I separate from my sisters so we can go off and look at stuff on our own. My sisters were trying out the sample makeup, and took like 5-6 of those disposable spoolie brushes that they give when you are testing out makeup which you ARE allowed to do. Two workers kept following them around the store making them feel extremely uncomfortable, almost borderline harassing them. Then, this horrible girl named Breea decides to harass my little sisters while they are looking at products saying passive aggressive comments such as "Are you gonna pay for that stuff in your bag?" and "Do you want a bag for the lipgloss in your purse?" Despite them showing her that they have nothing in their bag and telling her that they don't have anything. The cherry on top is that they didn't even leave the store yet!! So accusing them of a crime that hasn't even been committed and not apologizing whatsoever. I'm a 20yr old woman who has worked with extremely difficult people in customer service, so I get theft prevention don't get me wrong, but I can say without a doubt that Breea was just enjoying the power trip which is so gross. The only girl there that was nice and actually helpful was this girl with colourful hair and piercings working in the perfume area so kudos to her. Maybe treat your customers...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give 0 I would. A week ago I went and bouth a serum from a brand to my surprise when I got home and open the package it resulted that it was a retinol product which is a strong product to put on your face if you know about skin care. When I got to the store today I asked for an exchange of the product. I told them the story and I was waiting for the cashier to give me a exchange to my surprise she called her manager, then the manager said that she couldn't do anything because it was weird for that to happen and they even implied that I put that retinol on the wrong box to change it just because I bought one last year and it was showing on their system. It was rude and the worst of all they were trying to pressured me to tell them I change the retinol instead of the serum without any prove, even said they needed to check the cameras. I've never been treated like this and I'll never be back...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf i could give below zero start i would have give it to them. I felt like that they are purely racist. Last week i went to sephora around 7 pm. My order was around 100 dollars, so i try to use a coupon which i got by email, but it didn't work. Firstly, that cashier lady started making faces and saying that i was a spam and than she call her manager and then her manager tries to use it but i didn't work, they both get so pissed and told me that i wanna buy products do it online and come pick up in store. Plus when i ask about the sephora credit card program. None of them knows about it. They start making weird faces like am some kind of idiots person. They are not at all helpful. Never going back there. I request sephora teach your staff and manager how to be friendly with everyone irrespective of who they are. Stop being arrogant. Except sweta. Only she...
