Booster Juice — Restaurant in Charlottetown

I visited Booster Juice in the Charlottetown mall on June 29th and many other times but this specific time, I had a really disappointing experience. While I was mid-order at the cash, the employee picked up a phone call and completely dismissed me…no apology, no acknowledgment. She didn’t ask if I wanted a receipt, just crumpled it up in her hand and walked away without a single thank you or any kind of customer service. I contacted Booster Juice customer service the same day and haven’t heard anything back, even after more than two weeks. Looking at the Google reviews, it seems like they don’t respond to anyone, which tells me they don’t really care about feedback. This isn’t the first time I’ve felt brushed off here either.
