If I could leave 0 stars I would..today was the worst experience I’ve ever had. All time worst customer service. My online grocery order was due to arrive between 1-2pm I paid for delivery for that time. At 2:00 my order got delayed I called after an hour past and someone said they will be sending it out within the hour..that hour passed still no grocery order..so we called again and the same thing happened it should be delivered within the hour…another hour passed and still no delivery. My husband called got a hold of a man employee he said that the order could not be delivered and we will be getting refunded. This was not acceptable I have two kids that needed to be fed. So he put us on hold for 30 minutes and the whole time we could hear him just eating something and people talking in the background. So I called the store again requesting to speak to a manager. My husband heard the phone ring on his end and the guy who was on the phone with my husband hung up on me and also hung up on my husband. A bit after I recieved a call from a lady who said that there was a glitch in the system and she was sorry for the inconvenience and gave me two options to go pick up my order or I’d get refunded for the whole order after waiting now 5 hours past my delivery time slot. She did offer me a gift card for the inconvenience which was nice and appreciated however when we got home with our order we were missing $122 worth of items from our order that we had to get refunded for and wait 7 days for the money to come back. Today was the worst experience I’ve ever had with Walmart. Apart from the lady I spoke with who offered us the gift card the customer service at this Walmart was absolutely horrendous. I honestly don’t think we will be coming back. The staff in this department lack customer service skills and are...

Trying to get a head of the Christmas rush my wife and I placed a few orders for photo prints, 1 poster, magnets and 2 ornaments.
I just had my 4th trip in to get these picked up and still need to return in hopes of getting the poster.
Each trip has exceeded over 30-45 minutes waiting for the employees to search for the completed prints. It is very apparent that training or common sense is taking a toll on this department.
From my experience of about 2-3 hours waiting in the past 4 days you can tell they do not know what they are doing. A simple task of asking the customer their last name and then searching in the drawers and folders is too difficult for them.
My experience yesterday, I was 8th in line and everyone ahead of me was picking up photos. The girl working you could tell had no idea what she was doing and it was a conversation amoungst us in line. Out of the 8 people ahead of me she told 6 of them that their photos were missing or not printed correctly. I cannot prove she was incorrect but with how confused she was it was very apparent she was just telling customers this so she did not have to deal with the issue.
The first 2 times I was in also was a long wait in line and then getting the service representative to only be told an excused as to why my prints were not done, even though we received the pickup notice via email.
In short, as a company/employer you need to do better for your customer and staff alike, as it is not fair to either.
Lastly, it should be a minimal requirment that when hiring staff, they can at least breathe and blink at the same time, from what I have seen in these past 4 visits, that is a task that...
Read moreI find Wal-Mart employees are getting very rude and it's a hit or miss if you try to find someone working there that will help you especially without an attitude. I so wish I was a secret shopper because I can find the most rudest employees but once in awhile find some great ones. I did have a lady employee working who I don't think she worked in the grocery department but I had stopped her and asked if she could help me. She went above and beyond to help me and got another employee who did work in grocery to help and they found what I needed. Normally if you ask a Wal-Mart employee for help they usually want to help but she was a good employee. I shop there a lot but I find the only thing an employee will really only help you with is finding a price. If you want to know if they have something that is on sale they don't even want to look because it's on pallets and if they find it they have to open the stuff on that pallet. I find Wal-mart will have tons of products that WERE on sale but when something is on sale they try to say they just sold out. I went almost every single day for 2 weeks looking for cat food that was on sale. At first their website said they had some but when I got there the shelf was empty so I asked an employee but they couldn't find any and said their site doesn't always update. Like I said I checked almost everyday. I went in just after the sale was over and they shelf was full of this cat food and they even had overflow on the very top shelf where they store...
