We were quite happy with the quality of the service and more importantly the steak that we purchased while visiting Charlottetown last month. First impressions of an establishment like this are key in my opinion and I could literally smell the quality walking in the door. Fabulous ...fabulous...fabulous. Purchased 8 fantastic strip loin steaks. Carved to perfection by a wonderful experienced lovely gentleman who knew his craft. Everything we purchased was top notch. Would highly recommend that everyone try this butcher by far the very best that PEI has to offer. Will spread the good word for sure and return as quickly as possible. One of the best butcher shop around town! They know their stuff and have a wide selection of cuts that its a treat just to visit and see what's on display.
