We have been using Yoshi's in North Vancouver for about 5 fishing seasons now. Experimented this year, got the halibut and ling cod smoked as well as the regular spring salmon. I can not recommend highly enough trying different fish if you have the opportunity. The smoked halibut seems to be the best, most likely because it is a fairly oily fish to start with.
