Pretty sad that management can not reply ! Terrible
The dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at one of your locations is appalling. As a paying customer, I expected a certain level of service and was deeply disappointed by the lack of access to basic amenities.
On my visit, I intended to use the public washroom after purchasing items from your store. To my surprise, I was informed by your staff that the restroom was inaccessible because " the key is locked inside the bathroom." This explanation seemed rather unconvincing, especially since the bathroom door was visibly cracked open.
It os unacceptable for a well-established chain like Circle K to fail in providing such fundamental facilities to its customers. This inconvenience not only reflects poorly on your store's management but also diminishes the overall customer experience.
I almost wonder if I wasn't white, had I got a better experience. I trust that you will address this issue promptly and ensure that all your locations are better equipped to provide essential services to your customers. I look forward to seeing improvements...

When my daughter walked back to exchange it they called her a liar and refused her a new one and took the old one. When my husband went back to get the new milk they called him a liar as well said they looked on camera and could tell it was sealed which is complete b.s because you can not tell if there is seal via camera. They called the cops on my husband over this. They have lost our business This is the second time they have tried ripping off my daughter. They claimed my payment didnāt go through when i had waited at the machine until it said approved judy even said herself āyouāre good to goā after my payment went through even after showing multiple forms of proof that the money had came out of my account they claimed i was wrong and wouldnāt refund the second payment. when trying to talk to management it went no where aswell all we got was āwait a couple days and it should be reversedā well that was thursday last week and itās now monday and obviously the payment wasnāt reversed. even when trying to get ahold of the manager the staff are horribly unprofessional and have zero costumer...
