I have been here a couple times. The food is ok at best and no presentation. I wanted to order chicken kabsa but was told they only had chicken shwarma to go on the rice and tried to tell me it was good.Im not Middle Eastern but I'm not an idiot and they thought I didn't know that I am more than familiar with this dish as having learned to make it myself from my ex mother in law while in Jordan.I was like no shwarma is not the same ,not at all!! And then I opted to have the chicken Mandi which he literally offered me the shwarma again and then I had no choice but to settle for lamb which I don't really like. The food was really expensive for 2 people which came with no sides over 70.00. Last time I am going there. Seems to me when they can't let you order what's on the menu(because they don't have it) then they are not doing well and I did not feel welcome at all despite my son being Middle Eastern who was with me. Not friendly and service was bad and food was not worth the money. Both times I have been there the place was empty...

I'm a resident of Red Deer and I came specially to eat Iraqi Falafel, but they don’t have bread to make us any. My daughter asked for cheese pita pie, they don’t have. However, I was surprised of the expensive, poorly served ,over coocked plates for burger that comes without any fries. Fridge temperature bread for our wraps and Microwaved poutine for my son. My family and I recently visited this restaurant and were quite disappointed. The place didn’t seem very clean, which was off-putting. The portion sizes were small, especially for the price, and there were no side dishes like a small salad included. Additionally, our order took a long time to be prepared. Overall, the restaurant lacks professionalism in many areas. While it's nice that it seems to be family-run, it really needs to be managed more professionally.
