Just stopped by here today with my partner before running some errands for the day. The parking lot is refreshingly convenient as well as the location. We ordered prahok and mango salad as our appetizers and then pork chops on rice and Khmer pho for our meal. Everything was so flavorful, especially the prahok. I'm glad that we finally have a Khmer restaurant in Edmonton! The mango salad here is probably the best I've ever had in this city. The prahok is a must try because it's especially authentic since you really can't find it anywhere unless it's cooked at home. Khmer pho was a nice change of pace from Vietnamese pho and I will 100% crave it on the day after a crazy night out. Also the portions here are very large! Thank you so much for your pleasant hospitality too! And letting me borrow your kitchen lighter!

I stopped into pho or Kuy Teav for lunch a bit ago. I'm always looking for a Pho place I haven't tried so stopped in. It's not a fancy looking place from outside but the inside is very nicely decorated. The food is good, the Pho was tasty, the meat was nice, not amazing. The spring rolls are 2 Vietnamese and 2 some other place I can't recall. I feel like the Vietnamese ones weren't made in-house while the other kind were, so they had a much better taste. It was an enjoyable pho meal. I will say I ordered the large and it didn't seem that large, normally when I order a large I often regret it, but this one made me worry that the regular would be too small if they consider this a large.

Simply outstanding! This place is best described as Vietnamese-Cambodian, as food from both cultures can be found here, along with fusion dishes that feature flavors and styles from both cultures. Their top seller, the beef satay, is among the absolute best satays I've ever had (and I always try the satay at every Vietnamese restaurant I visit). The soup is thick with a strong creamy peanut flavor, and the beef comes rare and is extremely tender. Their banh mi (sandwiches) was also excellent. The bread was toasty and fresh, packed with zesty veggies and delicious meat. Finally, the Khmer karee had very authentic flavors, immediately reminding me of my time travelling in Cambodia.

This evening we were wanting to go out for a good flavourful dinner with a good price value. We made it to the exact right place. We walked into Pho or Kuy Teav Vietnamese and Cambodian Cuisine Restaurant with our ten month old lil dude, and we did not feel out pf place or like we had to feel sheepish for being those people with the baby. In fact, there were families with kids of all ages enjoying asian dishes of many varieties. Although we love pho(this place has some of the city’s best), we decided on Beef stew with bread and Beef Cubes (comes with fired egg and salad on rice). It was so good to have the savour of asian home style dishes and relax in the unpretentious family atmosphere! We enjoyed our meals and the service, plus our little guy really loved the beef stew! He munched on the properly cooked carrots and slurped the stew down with happy yelps. We took home a meals worth of leftovers and baby slept like log on the way home. So did our conscience after paying the bill. Extremely fair and good value. Nice to know there are places which offer such good value for families looking for authentic flavours and nice prices. So many choices on the menu to try next...

I was passing by and I saw that they had opened recently. It seems to be Cambodian-style with some Vietnamese dishes as well. Cool! I ordered the Kmher Karee. Tasted pretty good, but the bone-in chicken caused some little fragments of bone to be present in the dish. There may have also been whole spices or something similar present not meant to be eaten. I would have liked to have known about that prior to eating! My other criticism would be that the noodles were in really small pieces, and had basically just dissolved into the soup. Perhaps rice might have fared better here.

No problems with the staff; polite and gave me time to browse the menu. She offered to answer questions regarding the food. That doesn't seem like much, but it's a huge positive! I've visited too many places where the server knows as much as I do about the food - nothing at all. There was a miscommunication about the beverage, but it was changed without issue. Overall, the service was better than most other places.

I'll be sure to...

I am always looking for new pho places to try and I saw this one with good reviews so I thought i'd give it a shot and I was not disappointed. They were busy with skip the dish orders so it took awhile to get our meal but it was worth the wait thankfully. I ordered the steak and meatball pho. The broth was slightly on the salty side but over all was delicious and had that depth that I love. The meatballs were unfortunately not my favorite, they weren't bad but not great. The quality of the steak was perfectly tender and not chewy....I would skip the meatballs and just get the steak pho next time. We also ordered their wings (crispy and delicious) and their Vietnamese and Cambodian spring rolls were hot and tasty (Cambodian was my fav out of the two). Their smoothies were also really good. Ill defiantly be back to try their banh mi...the chicken curry is calling my name. I...
