CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice - North — Restaurant in Northern Mature Area

I gave Coco's new promotional drinks a try. The lady who served me was very helpful. She recommend reducing the sugar levels slightly on each drink and I am thankful I took her advice as I don't like my drinks overly sweet.

The Honeydew Jasmine Milk Tea with Tea Jelly at 50% sugar had a nice refreshing honeydew melon taste and a light sweetness. The tea jelly gave it an additional burst of flavour.

While the Mango Pomelo Sago Smoothie at 70% sugar, you first taste the mango but then the Pomelo hits you with a slight tang. The smoothie was thick and creamy. I really enjoyed the smaller sago in this smoothie, it gave it a really nice texture contrast.

I will definitely consider ordering these again if I ever want a change from my favorites. My current favorite is the 3 guys in their wonderful 32 oz. reusable Quencher cup. I finally have a bubble tea that will last me the entire day, lol. 😁 I only wish Coco would include other popular flavours like Mango Dream in their Quencher cup size....

I came in this week and wanted to order the roasted milk tea as shown on the menu online. When the order pops up on the screen, it said Oolong milk tea and I confirmed with the worker asking if it's the roasted one. Both her and the manager said yes but when I got my drink, it tasted drastically different than what I had many times before. It was much more bland and watery, there was barely any roasted or oolong flavour.

When it was brought up to them again and we showed them what was on the online menu, they said they don't carry the drink anymore. It's frustrating because I was left with a drink that did not meet my expectations nor did it taste good. We paid almost $8.00 for it, so you would at least hope that they would switch the drink for something else. The manager said there was noting she could do ... customer service and satisfaction is definitely...

They had a promotion where you can get 1 medium pearl milk tea if you order 1 large drink.

Service - 10/10 im so amazed at how they handled the busy time and their grand opening, you can see the staff are moving non stop. the team coordination is amazing. the cashier told us about the promotion they had.
