Craig did a phenomenal job hosting a cocktail class for one of our friend's bachelorette activities. The setting was perfect for our group of seven to socialize while learning a ton about the cocktails he selected for us. Despite AGLC rules preventing us from physically pouring the ingredients, Craig kept the experience highly interactive, giving us plenty of opportunities to practice the techniques he demonstrated. We all appreciated the creativity and care he put into our individual drinks, ensuring they matched our preferences, whether it was a SPICY Old Fashioned or a non-alcoholic option.

I highly recommend organizing a group cocktail class if you're looking for something unique to do in the city. Craig is witty, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about his craft. The location itself is also great as it's just a short walk from all the nightlife on Whyte Ave.

I attended one of Craig's cocktail classes and it was just fantastic. If you have any hesitation, I guarantee you won't be disappointed. It was part history-lesson, part chemistry-lesson, and overall just a ton of fun. The drinks made during the class were some of the best I've ever had, and there was a hands-on component where we could practice shaking and stirring (there's more to it than you think!). I will definitely be back for another class. Also, the barware available through the store is excellent and reasonably priced; Craig is obviously very proud of the products he carries, and he will gladly demonstrate how to use them properly to bring your home cocktails to...
