The new owner Mark was absolutely fantastic! I went in a couple days ago asking about making little terrariums for my partner’s birthday. He gave me the run down of picking your containers, then the plants and decorative rocks and moss that are included in the price of the container. Today we went in and were greeted by a very cheerful Mark. He got us all set up and showed us the best way to place the plants in the containers. We were offered complimentary tea and a chocolate. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted by a team that’s genuinely happy to see me—rare these days. The staff knows their stuff, and their excitement for plants is contagious.
