I couldn't really speak to the service, as I was on the phone most of my visit, but the lady at the counter smiled and said "hi" to me, and was helping another couple of ladies teaching them different ways to tie a scarf. What I can vouch for was the beautifully curated selection of products. They had pretty pyjamas, candles, purses, coastal-themed knick-knacks, decorative napkins, some baby things... I saw some of the most beautiful jewelry of my whole visit to Gibson's there. Oh, and they sell Country Chic clay-based paint which I know you can use for things like furniture and decorative signs. Whimsy in Gibsons Landing is a vibrant and tantalizing store beautifully styled by owner/buyer Karen who offers the best customer service in town. I bought 8 dining chairs from her, 4 directly from the store, 4 from her wholesaler. Karen took one of the chairs into Vancouver to ensure a colour match before returning with that and the new set of 4 chairs and personally delivered...

A lovely gift shop with unique items. Love the cotton robes and pj bottoms from India! And the beautiful jewellery by an artist from France or Italy. Can’t remember which! :). Customer service is excellent. The kind that’s rare to find these days....
