An in depth, comprehensive review.
Cleanliness: The space is consistently spotless every time I come here. Every surface is wiped regularly, and nothing ever feels sticky or neglected. Atmosphere: Perfectly balanced, as all things should be. I wouldnât pick any other cafĂŠ in the world. Lively enough to feel energized, but never chaotic. Thereâs a steady background buzz that makes it easy to focus, plus an exquisite blend of natural and interior lighting. Table spacing is generous for the space, so you donât feel crammed in or awkward if youâre working for a while. The music fits the vibe. The colour palette and artwork are pleasing. Coffee Quality: Consistently excellent; no burnt brews or watery cups. In my experience, the drip and americano are solid. The food menu complements the coffee nicely, with options that feel intentional. Staff: Very friendly and genuine. They donât give side-eye if youâre set up for a few hours. The vibe from the staff matches the relaxed atmosphere. Business Operation: They seem to have all the correct systems in place for running a good business, regardless of coffee shops. That level of competence is rare to find everywhere. 10/10. I would pick getting work done here over...

So customers are supposed to tip people who pour coffee into a cup now? She used tap water for our americanos. And there are discrepancies amongst their online prices from what they charge you in stores. I ordered 2 x 16 oz Americanos, should be $3.75 each +0.25 for ice, so $4.00 + tax, should be $4.20 each, but why is my bill $8.96? When did coffee shops charge PST? Some kind of dishonest tactic for tourists?

Also you mentioned in your reply that prices are subject to change, but that does not make any sense at all. My bill per americano was $4, and that clearly reflects the same price as per your website...$3.75 for my 16 oz + 0.25 for ice. Charging every customer PST with every coffee or food purchase is an unfair and fraudulent practice, borderline illegal....I wonder what the CRA would say... I wonder how all your customers would feel about that. Also your point of sale system was down 3x while I tried to pay with my debit, and so I asked the server for my receipt. That's how I found out that your company still charges PST. I'm sure you are aware of the fact that you have made your computer system to charge people PST. Never have I dealt with an establishment that charges PST for coffee or food purchases. Also I am still waiting for my etransfer refund from you, I sent you an email...
