Greco Pizza — Restaurant in Greenwood

We love in Kingston area but ALWAYS go to new Minas for this exact reason... We order 30 minutes before close a med donair and small pizza well the pizza was horrible crust was burnt and nobody would ate it as it was absolutely horrible tasting so now out night to eat out was ruined! I would never let that leave my STORE .... BACK AGAIN thought I'd bring the boys pizza and they only like greco they were in berwick so instead of going to new Minas I went back to greenwood and these are the new pictures! Burnt but undercooked. Was told it was new crust so I said maybe turn down the oven so it cooks properly. Well I took that pizza and chucked it out right in front of the workers after I paid for it. I refuse now to go back there as they rather have the blame game instead of apologizing and trying to make it better. It's sad we rather spend the gas to go to new Minas greco then the one right by us.

I ordered a pizza but it went to the wrong store and the amazing kind worker decented even though it's closing time that she would make the pizza quickly for me and I couldn't be more thankful and give a good tip! We often order take out from Greenwood Greco , past Saturday we did late afternoon and it is normally out go to ...never again !!!!! I spent 40 bucks on a half garlic fingers half all meat party pizza and it was the grossest thing ever we were served . It was alike they took someone's order messed it up 48 hrs ago then gave it is !!!!! Then I had two workers hover over me as I was paying ...with my debit . Never ever again , and that's sad because my fam loved their pizza !!! The only reason one star is even given , I had no choice if my review wanted...

Was told it it would be a 45 minute wait for 2 donairs AFTER payment was made. That information should be given before hand. We ordered 2 Supreme donairs, when we got home we found both donairs where regular, so they stole $4 from us. After waiting 20 minutes we decided on going somewhere else and asked for a refund, they went into the back and brought out 2 donairs right away. Could of had us out of there in under 10 minutes but fully intended on making us wait 44 minutes....
