I had an issue with an order and tried calling them, they said I should be able to solve the issue online myself but in fact there was no option to do so. They said they cannot help with online orders, but then they asked me to wait a bit, after a while they hung up the phone and when I tried to call back (twice), they didnt pick up! So I moved on! but this is extremely disrespectful, if you cannot or dont want to help you can just direct me to someone else, just say maybe "please try our support email or phone number". I used to buy most of my kids’ clothes from Oshkosh. Quality and service is not a problem. The problem is that Oshkosh is STILL 100% invested in Russia, open there and selling there.. just “business is usual”.
