Spontaneously decided that while doing some shopping in Bayers Lake, we would stop by and grab some lunch. I can honestly say we are always far from disappointed, the food is always phenomenal and it's always fresh. The restaurant is very clean, air conditioned in the summers while being sufficiently heated each winter, the staff are always incredibly friendly, the tables are spacious and the food is extraordinary. Burgers and fries, hotdogs, milkshakes, oh my! Incredibly generous portions will have you wondering if you were given a double instead of a single, but rest assured - all that beef is meant to be on that bun, and all those fries were meant to spill out to make dipping them your milkshake all the easier. It is definitely a bit pricier (averaging around $10 for a regular hamburger, $8 for a small cheeseburger before taxes), especially with the recent inflation, however it is honestly worth the price for such a great atmosphere and such great homemade food. 🍔🍟🥤

My first 5 Guys experience was a mixed bag. The staff was helpful, bu5 food prep was pretty slow for 11:30 am on a Tuesday. My burger was tasty, but had a few bacon bits which I had not ordered. Not a problem for me, but some diners might not appreciate surprise pork in their meal. The Cajun fries aren't super hot, but do have that sneaky accumulating heat that hits you after eating several. Sensitive palates be warned. The music is loud and all over the map. The Doors and Lita Ford? That's quite the curation. Finally, check that receipt. This is for counter service in a very standard fast food decor. 19 bucks for one person and a tip option on the debit checkout. A poor value, in its category.

Tiny little bit on the expensive side but these guys are prob paying rent like crazy for their location. The food is top notch. The burgers are amazing, the fries are scrumptious and they have ice cream and milkshakes like the old burger joints did. The service experts were courteous, friendly, and did their jobs well. We even got to sit in a booth like the old days. Right down to the checkerboard tiles in the place, this was an amazing place to have lunch on our 16th wedding anniversary. I highly recommend 5 Guys to anyone looking for food in the Supercenter.

A friend and I showed up for lunch here one day around noon on a Wednesday in January, and the placed was lined up right to the door about 20 people deep, with most tables taken. So we left and came back another day at 11:30, and luckily there were only a couple of people left in line and lots of free tables still. There are some booths, some higher tables with higher chairs, regular tables, etc and probably overall seating for 50? Lots of staff working in the kitchen, which is open enough to see. I tried the bacon cheese dog with the works, which was good, but not unique in any way. The online menu doesn't list prices, so I assume each location of the franchise can set its own prices within a range. It doesn't list menu items in the standard 'combo' way that most fast food joints do, but just separately. I had a small or regular fries which were good. Also a peanut butter milkshake which was delicious. My friend had the bacon cheeseburger and said the same thing, it was definitely good, but not unique. He also enjoyed his chocolate shake. I don't believe they asked if the food was to go or to eat in, but we received a paper bag after waiting 6 or 7 minutes. Both fries tipped over inside the bag so it was a big mess and wouldn't be good if you wanted proper separation of whose fries are whose. We didn't care and just tore the bag open and ate from the same big pile. The bill came to $48 which is insane for a fast food meal, but I'd still go back again and try...

Hadn't been here since prior to Covid - thought I'd give it another try. I arrived just around noon - restaurant wasn't too busy (no lineup to order). Left 30 mins later and it was booming!

Gentleman taking my order was very pleasant, cheerful and efficient. Excellent customer service - 5/5.

A bit of sticker shock at the price - $20.87 before taxes/tip for just myself (Bacon Cheese Burger, Small Fries and a Small Diet Coke). The fries were nice and crispy - fresh out of the fryer. However, over salted for my taste. Burger was delicious, but it too seemed over salted for my taste. The burger bun got soggy very fast. I ended up just eating the inside of the burger separately and leaving the bun. I think if I had asked for the spreads to be on the side so I could add my self this would have made for a better eating experience. I have to deduct a point for the saltiness and soggy bun so giving the food a solid 4/5.

Of note, I did not realize the regular burger had 2 patties - so had some unexpected extra protein for lunch. Reviewing the menu, I see for the one patty, I should have ordered the 'little' burger.

Atmosphere is what I would expect for a burger joint. Seating options included low/high tables or booths. Tables were clean and being wiped down regularly. Of note - the tiling on the floor seemed rather slippery even though I had on sneakers. Not sure what...

Hi Manager(may be Jeff), I’ve been coming to the Chain Lake Five Guys with my family for years now since 2021 and we’ve always loved your burgers. We’re regulars, usually popping in at least once a month with the kids. I’ve always appreciated the friendly smiles and great service from your staff.

That’s why I’m feeling a bit disappointed lately. The last three visits twice last month and once again this month I’ve noticed the same thing that left me a bit uncomfortable. Some of the staff were speaking quite loudly to each other in another language while serving. I absolutely respect all languages and cultures, but as a customer, it left me feeling a little awkward and unsure if something was being said about me or others.

I’d hate for this to affect how often we visit, because we truly enjoy your food and atmosphere. I just wanted to share this in hopes that the welcoming, friendly vibe we’ve always loved stays the same for everyone.

Thanks for the great burgers hope to keep enjoying them for many years to come. I am so sorry for my bad rating today. We donna treat FG...
