Terrible online shopping experience, order has been placed for two weeks still no shipping, they didn’t have everything I ordered even they were all available online, several phone calls, emails and I was asked to pay $18 shipping cost after they were not able to fulfill my original over $200 order, completely waste of time, no respect to other’s time whatsoever. I wouldn’t recommend any online orders at all, extremely poorly managed e-commerce. - Read their full of excuses response, NOT recommend. Since I cannot respond to a "response" so here is my reply: I see you came up with all these excuses and indicates how polite you were will not change the fact that you have wasted my time and ruined the surprise to my kid. As matter of fact the last staff called was not so polite when I canceled the order. Why should I be covering the shipping cost when you were the one who was not able to fulfill my original order? While accusing me not willing to waste more time on the case You just CANNOT always assume that the replacements would be satisfactory to customers, people have preferences and you expect them to compromise then yo should cover the cost, instead of haggling over every ounces. Why do you have to be the winner ? It was you made mistake with your online shopping website listing non-stock merchandises led to the whole time wasting process. The sales associate unlocked and told me she had already closed, but she kindly retrieved my package. When I asked if I had gotten the closing time wrong, she said the owner likes her to close early because it isn't busy.
