Busy Bee Food Mart — Local services in Hamilton

I was in the store Friday October 23rd 1:30 p.m. in the afternoon. Never have I had such bad customer service in my life. I will never be returning to the store and I will tell all my friends and family in the area not to use the store. First and foremost as you pull up to the store you notice broken glass all over the place their front door has broken glass same with a couple other windows you can tell that no maintenance has taken place here at all. As soon as you walk through the front door you get this smell I am trying to describe but I cannot. It is a very foul smell when you walk into the store. Third when I walked into the store I got a case of water today. Walk to the counter to notice the person behind the counter was on the phone look like a personal phone call and speaking a different language besides English which is fine with me. I put the kids to water on the counter and told him I need to pay with debit. He said that he needed to charge me a dollar fifty extra to use debit. Now I've used of it on multiple variety stores and I've never have been charged this much so I asked him if he was adding this price to the case of water or if the machine tells you it charges a dollar fifty per transaction. He immediately got upset and asked me to leave the store I asked him for managers phone number he said I will not give it to you. I tried to say why because I just wanted to know whether or not this price was being added to the case of water or if it was in the debit system. Refuse to give me any managers phone number because he obviously did not have the answers to the questions I had. I told him I'll give him one more chance before I leave a bad review on Google he told me to leave the store. So here it is. I apologize I don't like leaving reviews like this but the way he treated the customer there with four people behind me to see his actions is disgusting. You guys will not get a cent from me ever. Very Bad customer service, I visited this store twice and both time I was very disappointed by the person who works there. I am a Security Guard, who works just near the store and we don’t have washroom. So I visited them to use their washroom and I also brought some stuffs to use. But they never allowed me to use their washroom. Both time they said they were out of service. I don’t think that is possible. I was a person on Duty even though they didn’t let me use the washroom.
