If I could give 2.5 I would. The shawarma poutines are amazing and a great price for the size but the delivery wait time is ridiculous. Every time I use the delivery on the website it states 30-45 minutes. Every single time I’m waiting beyond an hours time for my food and then I have to call and ask if my food is on the way and they say 5 minutes and then I’m still stuck waiting. If they had better delivery times this place would get 5 stars from me. Also if you add a tip on the website they get you twice for a tip because that tip is added to the total order and then the machine asks you for another tip so when ordering online do not add a tip just do it when they arrive with the food or your tipping them double and it’s happened 5/6 times to me before I even realized what was happening. They told me they would credit me my order plus the subs they were supposed to credit me for messing up. I was told it would be on my account that I only had to pay 3$ and it would be delivered. I’m being told I cannot place this order without a manager being present so I was lied to. Do not order from here they never get your order right the driver makes you feel bad and tells you, you have to pay for the full order because it’s not his fault your order is wrong....

I called to order pizza and wings. I asked the young girl on the phone what there specials were for pick up. She told me a xl pizza 16.99 wings 12.99 for 12 wings.

So I told her I think I will need more then that she says ok how about a slab pizza 24 slices for 20.99. 30 wings for 23.99.

So I said ok. I got honey hot wings and butter chicken sauce pizza with pep, butter chicken and extra cheese, she told me I would have to pay extra for the extra toppings.

When I went to pick up my order I read their combos and they have 2xl pizzas with 3 toppings ea, 30 wings, garlic bread and 2 dipping sauces.

I said why didn't I just get the combo she said oh I gave you the combo but a slab instead of the 2 xl.

Garlic bread was not there I had to ask for it. Pizza only had pep on it...no extra ch and no chicken.

I asked for cheese on the garlic bread, she said yes but it's extra. When I told her about the chicken she just said oh sorry. I thought you just said butter chicken sauce. (But she said it was going to cost more for the extra toppings)! They screwed up our order and tried to lie their way out....

Will never go back and I do not recommend. With the plethra of pizza shops this is not one to try.

I am writing to complain about an incident that occurred at your establishment on September 10, 2025, at 387 Barton St E, Hamilton, ON L8L 2Y2, at approximately 9:00 PM.

The cashier made a mistake with my order and charged me more than the correct amount. When I requested a receipt to verify the charge, they refused to give it to me, claiming their printer was not working. When I questioned the overcharge, they insisted it was my responsibility to verify the receipt, even though they had just told me they couldn't print it.

Later, when I discussed this situation with other acquaintances, they told me they had also experienced similar incidents, which gives the impression that customers are being deliberately overcharged.

I am deeply concerned that this is not an isolated incident, but a recurring problem that affects your customers and damages your business's reputation. I ask that you investigate this matter and take the necessary steps to ensure that your staff is honest and transparent with...
