Lê Bella Pizza (Bella Pizza) — Restaurant in Hamilton

I used to order pizza from here but the last time I did was the last time I’ll ever eat their food again. Last time I ordered a special that came with one large pizza with 5 toppings and 30 chicken wings. I had asked if we could make the large pizza into a shawarma pizza, like use the 5 toppings to make it a Shawarma pizza and they said no shawarma pizza is an additional five dollars . I said OK I don’t want to do that let’s do chicken and feta (counts as 2 toppings each) and onions on the pizza. Please tell me why when the delivery driver gets to my door there is a shawarma pizza. I said ok, must have been a misunderstanding, I paid the extra for it (additional $10 plus tip) and accepted it, willing to let it go. We like their pizza after all. Then I opened the box. I have never felt my blood boil the way it did that day. Not only did they send the wrong pizza, charge us extra for their mistake, but the PIZZA WAS RAW AND UNCUT!!!!!!! The dough was mushy and obviously not baked all the way through. THE SLICES WERE ALL ATTACHED. I had to get a big meat knife to slice the pieces apart. I called the shop explaining the mistake in a calm manner at first. The man at the other end proceeded to then engage me in a shouting match, saying that I DID order the shawarma pizza ( HOW? I asked for chicken, feta and onions instead?!?) and telling me that I’m wrong. After he kept shouting I guess his manager took the phone and I calmly explained what happened to him. They said we could send the pizza back. I explained that in his starvation my partner already ate 3 pieces before I went to help myself and notice it’s raw. I said that sure I would send it back minus the 3 pieces. They caused a huge stink about this and claimed there was nothing they could do. I suggested they send the delivery guy back to come CHECK OUT THE RAW PIZZA himself. Long story short, they agreed to send another medium pizza, the CORRECT pizza, free of charge. Honestly it was a terrible situation with terrible customer service. I was willing to let go of the wrong pizza and being charged extra for something I didn’t want.... but then you send it raw and say there’s nothing you can do???? Absurd. I was so turned off from the experience I didn’t touch the free pizza anyways. I will never ever ever order from these guys again and I strongly discourage you from doing so. Plus their employees will shout at you lmao!!! Ps. The shawarma pizza isn’t even good, the sauce is soooo watered down. Go to Lava Pizza, better shawarma pizza and less miserable customer service.

This is the epitome of what a pizza should taste like. I've been going to Bella's pizza for two decades. It's the main reason why I have such high standards for pizza. It's the August 15 2003 during the blackouts and somehow you guys still had slices for sale. I bought five for five bucks and devoured them.

There's been times where the pizza weren't tip top but I chalk that off as weekend rushes etc but never have I had a bad pizza here.

Let break down why this pizza is the king of pizzas in Hamilton. The dough they use is made with love. The cheese is grand. The pepperonis are to die for but the best part about Bella pizza is their pizza sauce. Words can't express the instant glee you get once you sink in your teeth on a slice and taste the pizza sauce. The sauce alone makes this place five star.

Yeah inflation has raised prices but it's worth the money and worth the wait for this extravagant and gargantuan of a pizza powerhouse. I'm glad to cough up my dough to get a hold of masterpieces of pizza. Recently I bought a slice of pepperoni and it took me back in time with tears in my eyes. Thank you...

When I was pregnant with my first... I craved this pizza!!! Low and behold I move back 13 years later and they still open... you can only imagine my excitement!!! Great pizza!!! Never stingy on the toppings... I love pizza... and I LOVE Bella... but these guys... I don't know man... they been ignoring my calls and not answering... poor service... especially for a long time customer as myself... I now order from Hi-line on Gage as they are nicer and answer the phone

So I am updating... it has been months since I attempted to order from Bella... and low and behold... again... I have called a few times and I am unable to get through? No one will answer the call?? I get being short staffed... but they aren't even answering the phone... and plus... in the past when I would enter Bella to pick up my pizza I would stand there for at least 5 mins while your staff sat in the back and chatted and laughed... I believe this is beyond being short staffed due to the pandemic and it is a lack of customer service... I still want to order from Bella I just don't get how I can when nobody...
