Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Hamilton

Ordered food,the person taking the order had an attitude and then completely screwed up the order, after about 15 minutes of not getting our food we went to inquire as to why it was not ready only to be told that one of the items we ordered they did not have, instead of notifying us and letting us know they just pushed our order to the side until we asked about it. After they realized they screwed up to their credit the only friendly worker they had there finally made an effort to try and sort out the mess they created,after that was done they couldn't figure out how to refund the first order and charge the second order,it took three people and all were clueless,I finally asked if they could just refund me cash and I'll pay for the new order with my debit and that worked out well. I would like to give a special shout out to an older lady who works there that was especially nasty ,She kept making loud noises to show how annoyed she was at us even caught her giving us the death stare a few times and when I looked at her she looked away,I would like to reiterate that none of the issues that were created was by us but yet we were made to feel as if it we were responsible. The property was filthy and smelled like urine,there was broken glass all over the parking lot,homeless people sleeping on the sidewalk in front of the "restaurant",the washroom was disgusting but the dining room itself was fairly clean. If it was possible to give zero stars I definitely would,never ever again would I visit that establishment and if you can avoid it I recommend doing so, just a real dump with at least half of the staff being rude and...

We were treated extremely rudely by the front counter staff woman. When we requested her name, she said she didn't have one. If I'm being honest, this woman was older than I am(44), and her behavior was more like that of a 5 year old. After asking 3 times to speak with the Manger, she finally graced me with her presence as if my complaint about her staff was not important and left me feeling as if she would most likely laugh at me as soon as we left the store and do nothing to correct the employees attitude when speaking to customers. I have lodged a formal complaint with TDL head office in Oakville, I'm guessing that I won't hear back from them even though I requested that TDL follow up with me. I don't really expect them to do anything, just like the manager in the store. By the way, I keep referring to her as the manager because I don't know her name either as she also was not wearing a name tag, along with at least half of the staff. Here's the best part, we went the following day with my in-laws, and they were told by the same nameless front counter staff lady that there are not to serve me. My family I was floored that a restaurant owner would allow their employees to treat the customers with such bold disrespect. I don't recommend you go to this location when it's busy or after a rush of students. Or my personal favorite don't to this one at all there are lots of Timmies in Hamilton drive 5 minutes more and you'll pass 2 more, with much better...

I have never wrote a review before.. Tim Hortons Sanford and cannon has Horrible service ..!!!!! If you go into the store, you wait about a half an hour for a coffee they have one cash open and 20 people waiting in line I finally get to put my order in and she gave me the bottom of two pots lol and I asked her to switch.and I got nasty attitude at 1045 am the only cash open ( this is for manager u should teach the girl making the coffee customer service they shouldn’t treat people like that) this got to be the worst Tim Hortons in Hamilton, they have horrible service, horrible attitudes and the restaurant is disgustingly dirty omg so dirty maybe the few girls standing around talking to each other in drive thru can clean up a little or even serve a customer LOL imagine that clean or serve instead of gossiping ., I wouldn’t bring my children in this Tim Hortons and I would not sit at the table either everything is filthy . three people panhandling INSIDE the restaurant and nothing is done about it. When I left I gave my 2 coffees and bagel with cream cheese to the panhandler cause I watched the girl making coffee rub her eye then make the next person coffee ewwww I’m so turned off I live on around corner and I’m never going back there and I’m calling head office to put complaint in!!!
