On January 7th at 5:42, my partner and I visited the Main St DQ location. We ordered a large Oreo blizzard and a mini Oreo blizzard with cheesecake added. After a bite, my partner noticed that both of our blizzards tasted like peanuts were made in it. We went back to the location with both full cups in hand as neither of us wanted to risk triggering my allergy where I explained to the girl who made it that I have an anaphylactic allergy to peanuts and we would need both remade. She said that we would need to let her know about the allergy beforehand so she could clean the machine beforehand. Then instead of remaking the blizzards, she went back to cleaning a machine. When she asked which one needed to be remade, I told her both. My partner and I like to share our blizzards. She then said she could only remake one and when we asked why she said asked which one of us had the allergy. I informed her that I had the allergy and she said she couldn’t remake both because clearly only one was for us with the allergy. I didn’t see why that mattered as we returned both cups full. She said that the cups were half eaten and I told her that aside from two bites before realizing there was a peanut taste, they had not been eaten. My partner said that he ordered an Oreo blizzard and said he didn’t want something that tasted like peanuts. She proceeded to yell at him that there were no peanuts in it, that she could dump it out so he could see, and that she’s not remaking our blizzards anymore because he was rude. I then said that I need a refund then and she told me that I would have to wait until the manager came in because she can’t process a refund. She was laughing and yelling at us throughout this whole altercation which was appalling when we had approached her kindly. This was the worst customer service I have ever received by far and this employee (brownish hair, fake eyelashes/nails, darker skin, and wearing a green hoodie at the time) has ruined this location for us. Read moreTonight was unfortunately the last time we visit this location, simply due to 2 of the rudest staff you have. This was not our first encounter with one of them. Tonight shortly after 7:30 we decided to walk over and it wasn’t busy and the young girl that was on cash made it very apparent that she had no interest in listening to what anybody had to say for the day. As we asked for something specific, the other one (pierced face, long braids - not at all friendly or even remotely personable) leaned behind her and said (while acting so Inconvenienced because we were asking for caramel instead of chocolate) “what am I making?” So as I explained it to her again, we wanted a peanut butter parfait with caramel instead of chocolate, two of them the exact same she started to make them putting caramel and chocolate, so I very kindly said to her sorry we just want caramel she rolled her eyes, threw the ice cream to the garbage can, which was halfway across the room - Started making them again. At that point, the lady that came in right behind us started laughing and said out loud “wow”
This same girl making our ice cream turned around, raised her voice and said to all of us that that’s not how you make a pecan parfait. She was just so rude and this is not the first time I’ve seen her be rude to your customers.
She needs to not be working with people. We all have bad days and I’d imagine Today was busy because it was beautiful out today but a few times that we’ve come across her. She’s like this with everybody.

Read moreI went to this location about 2 weeks ago to get some blizzards it was like walking into a club music loud the 3 girl employees dancing and singing I could hardly hear when they took and read order back the girl had to ask me twice my order cause she was laughing with the other girl I was a bit annoyed then she messed up as well not one of the 6 blizzards I got were upside down (not that I cared but don’t advertise it) I went last night as soon as I walked in waited with no line for the same 3 to come and music loud laughing and all again didn’t realize it was like a club I dont mind Gwen Stefani but with that so loud and the machine right beside the cash the noise is ridiculous they can’t hear and I have to repeat the order they keep saying ok when I wasn’t done needed 7 blizzards and again mess up made one a small when was a medium as well again not upside down served and the chocolate brownie extreme was not made correctly no chocolate syrup I go to pay and no gift cards able to she is lucky I didn’t just leave then that’s ridiculous the sign is not at the cash but on the wall to the side where you won’t look first I will not go back to this location even if Closer the drive to Queenston and lake is more...
