I absolutely love The Move Room! The variety of class styles and instructor personalities means there's always an option to suit your mood or goals. Ruth and Nisha's classes are my go-tos--they're consistently challenging and rewarding. I also appreciate how The Move Room hosts workshops with guest instructors outside the regular roster, adding even more depth and variety. Some membership tiers even come with perks from local businesses, which really helps foster a strong sense of community. The overall vibe is welcoming, ego-free, and all about showing up as you are. Everyone at the move room should be so proud of the environment they have created. It is so refreshing to attend work out classes in a judgement free zone, that is filled with positivity and great encouragement for everyone at each fitness level! I've attended the emo yoga, soft service Sunday, and flow & chill classes, and each has been great! I've been loving getting out of the house and actually going to a class with other people again! I hadn't realized how much I had missed the sense of community, and The Move Room has given me that back.
