My experience at Endzone has been mixed after a handful of visits. I've had great chicken wings and I've had terribly disappointing chicken wings. I've had great service at times, but on other occasions I've had to flag down our server regularly. I have a difficult time recommending Endzone unless you plan to watch a sporting event specifically.

My partner and I have tried Endzone food a few times. My partner was impressed by the fish and chips - she said the fries were the closest thing to British chips since she moved to Canada from England 7+ years ago. We went back on another occasion, and to my partner's surprise the fries were completely different (and disappointing). I had ordered a couple pounds of chicken wings for myself, and 1 of the 2 pounds was cold and mushy. On another occasion, I ordered wings and they were some of the best I've had in Hamilton. The selection of draft beer is domestic and uninteresting to me personally. Their "Endzone" branded beer is refreshing, but VERY light.

I've had some great service and Endzone - on my most recent visit, we had a very personable and considerate server who said they lived locally. On another occasion we've had a server who was hard to track down to make an order, only to find her hanging out with other servers and chatting. The washroom has paper towels instead of hand dryers, which I prefer to due to cross contamination from from door handles. Unfortunately the paper towels do not get refilled regularly on busy evenings.

Endzone often has live music on weekends, which is usually cover bands playing familiar music from the past few decades. The music usually begins after the "the game" is over, whether it's Leafs, Tigercats, etc.

If you're still reading this review, you'll understand why I can't fully recommend Endzone due to the inconsistency of my experiences. I can recommend Endzone if you're primary purpose of your visit is to watch sports. There is ample seating, tons of TVs, and good energy which makes it enjoyable to...

Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering take out. I understand that when you order take out from a restaurant the quality is never the same as it is when eating in. But, with saying that there were so many issues that my family finished our meal still hungry and not wanting seconds. Our daughter ended up making a sandwich which you shouldn't have to do after spending $60 on food. We ordered the superbowl platter which included, deep fried pickles, poppers, boneless bites, bone in wings, steak quesadillas, "cajun" fries, onion rings and potato skins. We got 2 very small pieces of potato skins, which tasted okay but idk if I'd call them skins but more like a loaded baked potato. The pickles and onion rings were okay. The wings were all drumsticks which whatever it's fine but weren't all that fantastic as people claim. The boneless bites were overcooked, and the fries......now, I'm not the first reviewer to mention this. But besides being completely bland and not cajun at all because they were barely salted, but some fries were actually still raw! But, they looked cooked.....so idk how that's even possible. Either they gave us older fries mixed with a batch that was undercooked or idk?? It was bizarre because they looked really brown and fully cooked only for them to be raw. Could the fryers be too high so the outside cooks but the fries are still raw? If a restaurant can't cook something as simple as fries accurately, what kind of quality would you expect from any of their other menu items? The only thing that was enjoyable were the poppers but for the money we spent, the food was horrible and we finished hungry, disappointed and threw all the leftovers away because it was that bad. The staff seemed really nice but it seems like if they don't fix whatever is happening in the kitchen I don't see how many more years this establishment will be around for. Will definitely not be interested in giving them another try, not...

I endured the worst restaurant experience in my entire life last Thursday December 21st with 3 other buddys of mine for Endzones weekly wing night. The restaurant was pretty dead almost 1/4 full. After being seated we sat at our table for approximetly 15 minutes before our server showed up. In that time we all had to go up to the bar to get our own drinks. Our server (teegan) finally showed up to take our order. She seemed to have no idea we were there. So we placed 4 orders of wings approx 20 mins later she comes back with 3 orders and forgot mine. She did not appoligize st all or even seem sympathetic. I waited for another 20 minutes and watched her bring out multiple differnet plates of wings to other customers as i patiently waited. She finally brings my wings out and all my friends are done eating and ready to leave so i told her that i didnt want the wings anymore. She then proceeded to snarl and me and storm away with the wings. I asked if the owner/manager Greg could come over to our table as one my buddy knew him.She proceeded to tell me that he was too setting up for a party and doesnt have time.

I was soo unimpressed by the service from our waiter and lack of managment from this establishment. The waiteress never apoligized or even seemed sympathetic at all. I asked if there was going to be any reimbursement for ruining my night and she said that she wouldn’t charge me for the 20 minute late wings that i sent back and never got to keep. I also finished my glass of beer and was ready to order another but she didnt notice so i wasnt going to spend another cent at this horribly ran establishment.

I will NOT be returning to Endzones and i dont recommend that...

Food Review – Needs Work, But Great Atmosphere and Perks Stopped in for a bite before a Tiger-Cats game, and while the surroundings were great, the food left a lot to be desired. Let’s start with the good: the place has a solid atmosphere — live music playing, TVs everywhere for sports fans, and an awesome feature if you’re heading to the game. You can buy your Ticats tickets right there and hop on a free bus to and from the stadium. That’s a huge plus and honestly one of the highlights.Very long what times for even drinks. Now the food… that’s where things took a dive. I ordered a burger and Caesar salad, and I really expected more given the price point. The burger looked like meatloaf, broken in three spots with a slice of processed cheese thrown on top — who still does that? The bacon was thin and lifeless, and the whole plate looked like it had been pulled from someone else’s table. The Caesar salad? It had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp for too long — wilted and sad. I even took photos, and believe me, that’s how it looked fresh from the kitchen. Service was just okay — not rude, but not overly attentive either. I’ll give them another shot down the line because the location and vibe are solid, especially if you’re a sports fan. But the kitchen really needs to step it up. Food should match the experience, and right now, it just doesn’t. Pls tell me it was a bad day to eat and wanna spend money, I want the owners and management to look at the attached photos and tell me if they want to serve this? Truth be told, the server should not even brought that food out.

Endzone Bar & Grill is a sprawling, echoey joint where the TVs outnumber the bartenders, and the scent of fryer oil clings to the air like a second skin. We hauled the kids along, which meant the obligatory safe bets: penne drowned in red sauce that tasted like someone waved a basil leaf over a can of tomato paste, and a pair of sliders with fries that screamed “we’re just here so you don’t complain.” The kids were pacified with fizzy drinks and a scoop of ice cream that melted before the spoon hit it. The grown-ups? A half rack of ribs that clung too tightly to the bone—as if they were scared of leaving—and a pound of Buffalo wings, gloriously unapologetic, greasy enough to stain your soul and your shirt. Two boozy drinks to wash it all down. The bill? A cool hundred bucks. Felt about right in today’s world, where a hot dog at a ball game costs more than your dignity. Would I go back? Maybe—for the specials. Just not on a Saturday, when the deals dry up. But sometimes, in places like this, you’re not looking for perfect—you’re just looking for easy. And that’s exactly what you get.
