Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Kitchener

Unprofessional manager and no transparency. I visited this shop a week in advance and asked for a special cake for my fathers ceremony, and I told them when’s the best time to place an order, and they said a day or two before should be more than ok. I visited yesterday and showed the worker my design and what I wanted and he assured me that it’s possible to do it today (I didn’t mind going to another store). I come to pick it up at 10pm, and the cake was just white with no design and only photo print. The workers told me to come in the morning to speak with the manager because this design is unacceptable. I go on my break to visit and speak with the manager, and he was very rude and cutting me every two seconds. The guy was shaking and had an angry tone and said I didn’t pay extra for the design, I came in short notice and that it’s my fault. I was respectfully and calmly speaking and tried to explain my case, and what his own employees told me to do, but he didn’t give me a chance to speak and said the red & white cake I asked for will cost $600??? Super disappointed and wouldn’t visit again, I hate when trust is broken and theirs no transparency. I don’t mind paying extra as long as they told me...

We were at this BR early (11:30 AM) Family Day 2018 (Monday Feb. 19). I am specifying the date and time because we want the owner / manager to know how lucky they are to have an employee like the one that served us today. We have been here many times and are usually served by this same individual (we keep neglecting to get his name). Today our family has unanimously agreed that this gentleman is the happiest / kindest man on earth. He consistently goes out of his way for us and the other customers with a smile on his face - no request is too big or too small for him to tackle. I would like to have a review without having pic of anything .There is one person at night we order chocolate shake. whenever we come at around 20/30 minutes before then there is one response we don’t have milk . And we have the same guy Is it really the reason that at night you don’t have milk . Please take this into consideration . This is 3rd time we visited and he said there is no milk . We came at 10:30 pm and he had the same response . We are regular customer. Not satisfied at all. Management please look into it . This is not appropriate .3rd time hope it makes sense .
