Ordered Subs for me and my kids,my son ordered what he wanted and I ordered meatball sub. The man working behind the counter was preparing my meatball sub and say what would you like on it,I tell him I would like everything except hot peppers and olives,he says to me oh everything isn't included you can only have 3 items! I get the 3 items than I pay for the 4 subs and as we were preparing to leave my Son says did you get napkins mom? The man behind the counter turns to my son and says you have napkins at home don't you?Well after paying $45.00 you would think that you would get napkins with your subs and have what you want on your subs ,not just 3 items and have to pay extra if I wanted more. Well after that horrible service my son and i walk out and get in the car and drive home.. We get in the house my son notices on the receipt the the man billed me for a sub combo after i told him 4 or 5 times that i did not want cookies and pop with my sub!! My son got on the phone to call the head office but finds our that you cannot call the head office because they don't give you that option and you can only send message by email. Well my soon puts in the complaint and tells them that somebody better get back to him ASAP or we would have the man at the store charged with theft as he charged me for something I told him 4 or 5 times I didn't want!!! Well my son gets a phone call about 45 minutes to an hour later and low and behold it was that man from that same store that we were putting the complaint in about. That was Thursday dec 20 2023 and when my son realized it was that same man he hung up and put in the complaint for the second time but nobody has returned our call! This was the worst service I've ever experience at a subway and now because of this I will never return to subway ever again! I also have to wonder how many other customers has this worker done this to??? This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced at subway and I will never return, I will ordered subs from another place that sell subs perhaps Mr submarine. I don't recommend this store if you want subs it's very poor service and you won't get napkins with your subs!!!...

As a delivery driver, I drove 8 km through traffic — it took me about 20 minutes — to pick up an order from your store. I parked directly in front of the entrance and went inside to collect the food. When I got there, the staff member at the counter she refused to hand over the order unless I brought in a delivery bag.
I explained that my bag was in the car — just a few steps outside — and reminded her that it was 25°C outside. The order had already been sitting on the counter for several minutes, not even inside a bag. There was no risk of the food getting cold.
She then said, “Okay, then go bring your bag so you can carry it.” Seriously? Do you really think I can’t carry a single sandwich and a bag of chips five steps to my car without a delivery bag? That’s just unreasonable.
As a result, I had to cancel the order out of frustration. Now what happens? The order gets reassigned to another driver, who will also have to drive 10–15 minutes to reach the store. The entire process starts over from scratch — the wait time increases, the customer gets their food even later, and the freshness suffers. It’s a lose-lose for everyone.
This kind of unnecessary rigidity and lack of flexibility just disrupts the delivery process. I strongly suggest providing some additional training to the staff at this location so they can better understand the realities of delivery work and apply a bit more common sense when handling situations like this.

Read moreI am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding an unpleasant experience I had at your restaurant today in the morning between 9:45 am and 10:00 am. During my visit, I encountered extremely rude behaviour from a member of your staff which significantly impacted my take out experience. The lady in the counter was so rude and don’t know the basic etiquette of customer service.When i just asked her as a basic manners whether the shop is open or not, she was telling just check the sign board in a very sarcastic way. I am a hotel manager and i never speak to my guest like that. She doesn’t know how to take an order properly. I order tandoori twist and she made tandoori mozza , that is completely fine everyone make mistakes and i am not complaining about that. She was arguing with me that for a while and thats what made me dissatisfied. If she was at least nice to me i wont even ask her to make my order again, she was trying to prove i ordered tandoori mozza before honouring the mistake. I came to dining in your restaurant and this experience made me to do my order as take out. I don’t want to sit in this type of toxic environment to have breakfast with my wife.Unfortunately, the conduct of your staff fell well short of these expectations.
