I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with the repeated experience I’ve had at your restaurant regarding pick-up orders.
Every single time I place an order for pick-up and arrive 20 minutes later, the food is still not ready — not even started in most cases. This has happened multiple times, not just once or twice. It’s completely ridiculous and shows a lack of respect for customers’ time.
What’s the point of offering pick-up if the order only starts being made when I walk through the door? That’s not pick-up — that’s just making people wait in person. I order ahead specifically so I don’t have to stand around and waste more time, especially when I’m on a break or tight on schedule.
This is not how a business should be run. If you say the food will be ready in 15–20 minutes, it should be ready. Not “we’ll start it when you show up.” It makes your pick-up system completely useless.
Please take this seriously and do something about your kitchen management and order system. I’m not the only one experiencing this. If this keeps happening, I’ll have no choice but to stop supporting your business and let others know to expect long waits — even when they order ahead.

Read moreHave been going to this location for over a year. Have had great shawarma, until recently.
Couple weeks ago got the shawarma poutine. There were no vegetable toppings included (in the past they have been include) for an increased price. What was present was honestly pretty decent, good quality meat.
Yesterday grabbed a couple chicken shawarma wraps. First wrap with the works, the second wrap no tomatoes with added fries inside. What we got was abhorrent.
First wrap had no tomatoes, no pickled turnip and an excessive amount of lettuce, with multiple chunks of the hard layered center of the lettuce. Very crunchy and overall pretty unpalatable.
The second wrap labelled with French fries, didn't have any French fries nor pickled turnip and no lettuce. What the wrap did have was a ridiculous amount of pickles. Like all you could taste was pickle. Didn't realize I had ordered a pickle wrap.
Disappointed to say the least. At least their prices have...
