Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in Kitchener

I love Mexican food, I found their food delicious and fairly reasonably priced. I always ordered delivery from them and they'd screw up here and there but I kept giving them chances because everyone makes mistakes, but when it's constantly every single time it gets annoying.

One time I ordered a chocolate milk with my meal and it was expired, one day I ordered 2 drinks and they only brought 1 and I had already paid for 2, one time they forgot some of my toppings, the other then added toppings I didn't ask for, I paid for extra chicken and they ended up giving me no chicken, and for the very last time I ordered a burrito bowl and they gave me a burrito arguing with me saying I ordered a burrito. On top of that I was supposed to get chicken for free because of their mistake the last time and THEY FORGOT!

The customer service is poor, they don't fix any mistakes or offer a dicount, or even bother to come back to give me the right things that I had paid for they just apologize and say on your next order we will give you it.

At the end of the day they are rude, the food is good, but not for this service, I recommend Holy Guacamole or...

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I ordered chicken tacos from this restaurant, and to my shock, they sent beef tacos instead. I have a serious allergy and religious/cultural reasons for not consuming beef — this was not just a simple mistake, it could have had dangerous consequences. I immediately called the restaurant, hoping they would handle it responsibly. Instead, I was met with a rude and unprofessional attitude. The person on the phone flat-out refused to accept their mistake and told me there’s “nothing he can do” because he’s alone at the restaurant. No apology, no offer to correct the order, nothing. This is not just bad service — it’s negligent and shows a complete lack of regard for customers’ safety and beliefs. I will never order from here again and would strongly advise others to be cautious. Food safety and respect should be the bare minimum — this place failed...

I will not be returning. I had to ask about 3 times for each topping for them to add more. I realize its not Subway, but they act as though the toppings are coming out of their paycheque. It was ridiculous. As if he was putting sprinkles on a cake. I got their "beyond meat" and there was barely any flavour to it. It was all just heat. Everything is "do you want this for $1 extra?" Seriously? $1 extra for 8 pieces of fried peppers? Could be a really good place if there was at least a little concern about pleasing customers. The amount that the flavour was lacking made me think that they even cheap out on spices to save money. I'll find Mexican(ish) food somewhere else. I wouldn't waste your time or money.
