I didn’t want to review but today, I had to. Always worst experience. I had to get the breakfast from here bcz this morning only time which is on the way to my work. I don’t eat beef and pork but it happened two times that I ordered egg and cheese farmer sandwich and they gave me with sausage patty in it. Always I order almost daily by drive thru, and cashier always take order in hurry and after every item order ask that’s all , that’s all even I am speaking and she interrupted and say that’s all.
It happened always. But today , March14 I was ordering the same thing and cashier was too rude , she was taking order and seemed like she was getting late to catch train. This is the most rude experience I have ever had at Tim hortons. I used to work at Tim hortons, and I was taught to have healthy relation with the customers but I don’t know I was taught wrong or they are. But at least 2,3 seconds pause to customers who is speaking and listened to him/her properly then punch in the POS.

Read moreToday is Saturday, July 12, between 1:25 to 1:30pm. I went to the Tim Horton' s McCallum branch in Langford via it's drive thru to buy my wife a coffee. Scanned my app to avail of the $1 coffee. I tapped my debit while asking the young Indian lady on duty how much I'm paying on the machine because she didn't mention the price I'm paying. She said I paid for $2.57. I told her it's supposed to be just $1.05 with tax. She asked for help from her other colleague. The colleague (young Indian man) was calm and able to help me get my refund. Then, he rang my order, scanned my app again and this time it worked. I got the deal!
I'm just not happy with the patience and the customer service the young Indian lady showed me. While I was explaining my case to the man, I heard her say "Oh my goodness". This is definitely unacceptable. I don't think this is appropriate because I was just making it right and making sure I get the deal that the app is offering.
Kudos, though, to the young man who showed good customer service and helped me...

Horrible experience today, I was served by ioan, who happened to be trippin balls and laughing behind the counter. My daughter wanted a farmer's wrap, and ioan said she would ask the guy to make it, but all she did was walk towards the food prep area and turn around and come back without saying anything to anyone. She came back to the cash register, laughed, and said anything else. So I said I thought you were going to ask someone to make it, and she said I did and laughed again..I told her I watched what she did and that she didn't talk to anyone and all she did was laugh again. I grew frustrated with her, paid, and walked away to the food area. The gentleman making our wraps apologized for her actions, and even he said he believed she was on drugs and wasn't sure what to do about her. The staff here do work hard and are normally very nice.
