Chocolato - Espace Montmorency — Local services in Laval (administrative region)

Horrible service. The shop is ran by kids. While we were taking a look at the menu, the cashier told me go to the back to order where there was a line with about 4 customers. When came “my turn” , after a 15min wait, we saw people that came after us getting their ice creams. We were the only asians in the store. There is no way the cashier who was also making ice cream not notice we were waiting for nothing. After asking her, she told us that we had to order at the front. Went to the front, got the small banana split. Waited another good 10min as the girls were hugging and talking to each other the whole time instead of focusing on the orders. Saw them fight about who was going to cut the banana and while one of the girls was adding chocolate to the ice cream, i saw it go all over the side of the cup ( which was not the same cup as the one that was on display, the top of the cup was much smaller). I thought that she would wipe the side of the cup for me but no, she just gave it to me like this with no napkins. I barely took two steps, one piece of banana fell off! At the front, there was no more napkins. When I told them, the girls got annoyed. They did nothing about the banana that fell. No compensation and we had to clean up the banana as they didn’t seem to care about it at all and we were scared that other...

This chocolate shop franchise is reminiscent to the one in Mont Tremblant. The staff is super friendly and attentive, she took careful time to prepare our drinks. The raspberry fruity infusion of my hot choco is super delish and not overwhelmingly sweet. We also tried the banana split chocolate pizza and it was also good.

The price is pretty reasonable considering the quality and taste of their offerings! Can’t wait to indulge with other hot Choco fruity infusions.

Been there several times now. Service still same, so is the quality.

Had the sundae, cheese cakes, gelato, waffles etc and they were all very good. #recommended

First timer.

Nice and clean atmosphere. Staff wasn't very talkative though.

As for the ice creams, we took sundae cups something like that and both were really good with tonnes toppings and on the inside too 💯👌

We ordered the small cups which took us to around 20$ something. There are several other options being cheaper to more expensive.
