Mall is new and clean. Concept is good but problem is half the mall stores are empty. But with the one that are opened they are good. The last time I have been here was 2 years ago and yet the number of store that are opened seems the same. Not sure if price is expensive or not enough marketing exposure to...

The essential stores are there, but can use more new spots. Very large place for anyone that wants to lease a unit(s) for their own business or even office. Lots of potential for growth and did you know there's a very large gym on the top floor for sports? This place has more inside...

Its a relatively new Chinese shopping mall, with a lot of empty units, the food court on the main floor has some Taiwanese and non Cantonese food operations, on the second floor there is a sport arena which is interesting, the section where the supermarket is apparently generates the...
