Full Fresh Supermarket — Local services in Markham

Late 2020. Many choices of Chinese type goods furnished. Parking space plenty. Both staffs and customers are nice. But in high chilling weather, better take to the underground garage. Late Feb 2022. Moderate size in carrying many items though not comprehensive. Price and quality are value for money. The setting may not be top class while decent enough for leisure shopping. ✌️🛒🛍️ It is upset to learn of a senior got a rotten salmon month ago. Wish it been an accident only.🤞 Early Mar, weekend. The weather gets warm and sunny, not that windy. Anyway, the underground garage has plenty of space. Brightly lit and clean lift and elevator are at the center of compound. It gives the feel of high end indoor shopping mall. Usually take advantage of Senior discount on Tue and Wed. It is encouraging but the coverage is minimal. It is a better grocery time with many stock in store than the weekdays. Side note : More shop are operating no matter the floor court, periphery or in-between. Depends what you buy.. Certainly expected it to be bigger and better than it is. During this COVID timeframe... Much less people and definitely no wait time.... But the place is so tiny it can get packed quickly. I like the fish market here better than t&t because it's not hard to get service and quickly without issues. The bad is during COVID these guys don't do much of the precautions you would think a small place like this would have. They do have a temperature reading machine but no one polices it.. So everyone just walks in. Nothing is marked for distance.. Probably because there is no room. Prices are so so. Not cheap not super expensive. I doubt this company will last much longer. And who designed the parking lot and entrance.. They need to go back to school and learn how to architect a proper mall and parking lot. Who makes the exit of an underground parking lot cross the only pathway to get in from the above ground parking lot? And how tight the weaving around the above ground...

In general, Full Fresh has a great selection of products and prices are comparable to other supermarkets. Customer service cannot compare to T&T, but I am okay cashiers don't smile or thank you, as long as they are not rude. The meat section has a few nice employees, but the fish section is the worst. There is a very grumpy old man who basically stands behind the counter and watching customers as if they were thieves. Two times I wanted to buy lobsters but didn't, because of his bad service. The most recent visit to buy salmon steaks was the worst. Since the other man was busy with a customer and the grumpy old man stood idle, I used the thong to start getting the salmons myself. He came over and I thought he was to serve me so I gave him the thong. To my astonishment, he threw the thong onto the floor and walked away. I was in shock and the other nice man came over to help me. I would definitely not visit the fish...
