Would not recommend and would not come back again - regret not checking the reviews first and wasted my stomach space for this.

The portion is small, the salmon bento box we ordered the salmon was about 5 x 3 x 0.5 cm in size, literally a bite for me. Given that's the main it gives a very unsatisfying feeling after you finish.

The food is more like home cooking and less what you would expect coming out of a food court restaurant. The 3cup chicken, featured in the biggest picture they had on the sign was the worst I had tasted. While it's edible and flavored, it's not what 3 cup chicken is at all. And it also looked nothing like the picture they used, which looked a lot more promising.

Here are some positives that deserved 1 star, the second star was just trying to be encouraging:

To be fair, for someone with a small appetite looking for a healthy tasting meal, this is not a terrible choice. The portion is small so helps with dieting if full was not your objective to start with. they used this healthy looking purple and white rice, food is not overly seasoned and not too oily, and I can see this being appropriate for people with certain dietary preferences.

The stewed tofu and soup taste good and what I would expect.

Overall the customer service was acceptable. It was slow but pleasant and no one was rude. But I feel there was not much thought put into running...

I wanted nutritious, convenient, and healthy meals to supplement my recovery after giving birth. This far surpassed my expectations.

Their meals have a home cook feel. They had a variety of soups, drinks, vegetables and proteins that rotated every day. Great balance of flavourful dishes.

I ordered a Three Cup Chicken bento box (around 1:40pm today) and paid an extra dollar for a soup. It cost a total of 16 dollars. The cashier said it would be ready in 10 minutes, but I ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes. When I asked the cashier, she went into the kitchen, and I heard what sounded like a microwave. After 2 more minutes, my order was finally ready. However, the Three Cup Chicken wasn't cooked properly, the soup was watery, and the portion size was very small. I ended up having diarrhea. Sigh! I really miss authentic Taiwanese Three Cup Chicken rice back home. This one dare to say they are Authentic...
