Being a Fido customer, there was an offer for a free 6 inch sub from Quiznos, so I went with my parents as they were also fido customers to this location. I received the code through the fido app and I show the cashier, he very rudely told me to read the instructions I'm not helping you? He could have said the same thing to me in a nicer way but was very rude about it and walked away as I was asking for help. I eventually figured it out and asked which subs we would receive with the offer and he said only the classic because we sold out of everything, mind you this was the very first day the offer came outand he said they only receive shipment once a week. My mom asked ok can we have the Gyro sub and the man paused and said okay but you have to wait for 20 mins for it to cook. We drove for almost 30 mins to get to this location so we said we would wait. The lady putting the sandwiches together said we only had a choice of white or brown bread which I found strange since Subway has a huge bread selection and if we wanted veggies in our sub it would be 0.50cents extra, so we said we didn't want any veggies. As we were cashing out the man says do you at least want to buy a drink we said no thank you, he said you know we are losing money by doing this. This is very unprofessional for the workers to complain to the customers. He just kept going on and on about how they make no money and we should buy something at least. We went home and opened the sub to eat and they were tiny. Definitely not a 6 inch more like a 3 inch and there was only one piece of meat inside and no sauce so it was very dry ! I am so disappointed quite honestly, this was my first time trying Quiznos, not only was the service horrible but so was the food. Don't waste...
Read moreTheir quality has gone so far down that I've stopped ordering from them. They no longer have anything on the condiments stand (saving money by no longer offering those chili peppers and sauces). They are putting less meat in their subs, and the pop fountain is always sticky, dirty and only half the pops work. Not sure how this franchisee is still open with all their cost cutting ways.. truly ruined a great sub!
The owner replies back to negative commens to give them another chance, but every review is the same. They don't seem to want to make any changes
Update:7 months later. I was really feeling like having a sub, and I didn't want to go all the way out to firehouse subs, and thought I'd give Quiznos another try... Well, I drove there, went in and noticed that the pop machine is still sticky, dirty and not all of them work, and they still don't have any items in the condiments section (see they are still penny pinching by not having the chilli peppers, sauces etc) walked right out without ordering as I can see nothing has changed... Truly a shame to see how bad this...
Read moreI was a little spektical at first because the hours on uber eats were different than those listed on google. Also the wax paper used to wrap my food was not what I was used to. I have had some really bad experiences with ghost kitchens and the like, but this is the address of the Markham quiznos that I remembered, so decided to try it.
So glad that I did. The sandwiches were fresh and hot. And the food came fast. Loaded with meat cheese and sauce. With shrinkflation affecting a ton of restaurants, I as beyond satisfied to see that. Exactly how old school family run quiznos USED to taste. I will order from them again. As I dont cook a lot and am very picky. I knew I was hungry but man. That was delicious. Writing this as I take the last few bites. Wish I had more. Also there seems to be a forever bogo sale on a ton of sandwiches so if you are hungry or with coworkers, that deal would be fantastic. Places like this deserve to be successful. Thanks again for the...
