When I ordered my first set of beaded bracelets, I wasn’t sure how often I’d actually wear them. I already had a silver bracelet made in the 1970s by a Vancouver Island First Nations artist — a gift from someone rather famous — so the bar was pretty high.

When the beaded ones arrived, I was pleasantly shocked. The quality was way beyond what I expected — these are no Temu specials!

At first, I wore them alongside my silver bracelet, but before long, the silver came off and these became a permanent part of my arm. They rarely come off now… except when I swap them out for my “off-bike, dressy” bracelet from the same place.

I’ve broken every rule with my “on-bike” set — water, suntan lotion, endless pulling at gloves — and after almost half a year, they still look brand new. Remarkable. And the description about what they’re meant to do for me? Surprisingly true.

Sizing was easy too; their guide made it foolproof. Mine fit perfectly.
