Well located escape room as it's inside an arcade, bowling alley and restaurant all connected. We went on a Thursday evening so it was quite empty. The 3 of us did the Tomb Raider escape room. It's interesting you get to choose the difficulty level based on your preference and experience. They say beginner is if you've done 5 or less escape rooms.

This is not a score based escape room and you don't get penalized for asking for clues. However, when you do ask for a clue, a worker actually comes into the room to help you. The first time we asked for a clue was because the direction combination lock would not open and would sometimes jam when trying to put in the combination. I would suggest they replace it since we spent more time than needed to unlock it due to the jamming.

Very fun and family friendly. The room I went to had a great balance of visual thematics, search and find puzzles, logic puzzles, teamwork, dexterity challenge, and creative thinking. I am not the most experienced escape room player, but I will note that there was a pretty heavy reliance on combination padlocks, usually letter/word based ones, which I am not sure if that's the standard. Ultimately, it didn't take away from the experience, and the many non lock based components of the room were the most standout to me. All in all, it was an excellent time and I'm definitely interested in checking out the other rooms and seeing what the harder difficulties are like!
