They have set the terms so well in their favor that there is no consideration for the customer at all. Imagine this: you buy a product, and they tell you they will handle the delivery. But during delivery, they break your items, cut them, and damage them. And you have no right to claim anything.
On the other hand, you pay a $500 deposit, and they promise delivery within two weeks. Yet, even after a month and a half, there is still no sign of your order, and they won’t give you a specific delivery date. We had to pressure them with threats of police involvement and a chargeback through the bank just to get a delivery date. And when we finally got a date, they called us the day before and asked us to pay the remaining balance.
I told them I wouldn’t pay until I received my items because I have no trust in them. They scheduled delivery three times but never followed through, without giving any explanation. How can I trust them and send my money when they haven’t even delivered my chairs?
They have designed a contract solely to wear down the customer, forcing them to either give up on their money or endure endless frustration. This is a complete violation of consumer rights—something that drives people crazy, disrupts their lives, and even affects their health. Imagine having no furniture in your home. You place an order thinking a one- or two-week wait is fine, but instead, you end up sitting on the floor for a month and a half.
Shopping at stores like this is harmful to your health—both physically and mentally. Stay away from this place. They have set up a system that legally deceives and manipulates people, taking their money and wasting their time. Please, read all the reviews, consider everything, and make your decision wisely.

Furniture could not deliver for ten days bit because I was having a family gathering I opted to pick up the set and informed the company of my plan.
I drove 4 hours in a snow storm paid for rental fuel and labor only to get the furniture home and find out that they sent me two different pieces two different colors.
Reached out to the store by phone text Facebook and email to which they never responded
I called the next day at 1140 am and was promised a call back in ten minutes never receiving any response back
Took me two days where ultimately I was told it was my responsibility to return wrong item and pick up the right one.
Said they didn't deliver to my town yet they orginally charged me 180 delivery fee, then told me they would deliver the following day for a 50.00 fee and would confirm that before I store closes.
No call back
FRIDAY, the day of gathering I still haven't heard from store so I called back only to be told no delivery for ten days.
Now have to spend more money for truck rental fuel and labor an informed them I couldnt be there until 6 because it's a 4 hour trip and was told they would not wait for me because they leave at 5 (this is a privately owned company)
Over the course of 2 days, I requested manager name, solutions to rectify situation only to never get called back and told that it is my responsibility to exchange couches and indure all additional costs that comes with picking up the items.
They were very rude and argumentative especially the woman.
These are actually the owners who claim to be only employees when there is a complaint.

Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. This has been the worst experience. We ordered a couch and bedroom set in June.. it is now December and we still don’t have a complete bedroom set. It has been one lie after another. In August they said the couch and bed was in not the other pieces. They delivered the couch missing screws, the bed came with the wrong footboard. 2 weeks later came back and fixed them. Months later the furniture comes. The dresser has the wrong feet and the vanity and night stand are missing. Wait a month.. get a call that the vanity and night stand will be delivered that Saturday.. Saturday comes no delivery. Call and was told the vanity is damaged and isn’t available any longer and they don’t have the night stand. We have to fight to get our money back for the vanity. It is now December and still no night stand. Was told we could pick it up today..call to make arrangements and was told it’s at that the warehouse (we have heard this excuse over and over) and the guy in charge isn’t there. So another broken promise and 6 months later and my daughter is still waiting for a complete bedroom set. Take everyone’s warnings and stay away from them. They are unprofessional and lie, lie, lie!!! Update We finally got our nightstand today. (After more lies and problems) however, Nothing to celebrate.. the nightstand is used and all scratched.
