The sheer incompetence of the staff is the reason i would never visit this place again, first they overcharged me for my order, then the lady at the drive thru gave me a chicken burger even after me specifying twice that i needed a potato burger. My friend who is vegetarian took a bite and we had to come back again just to find that there is no manager on duty and the staff has no authority to do anything and asked us to wait for 10 more minutes in the parking lot till the manager comes, how does that work? no manager on duty? and the icing on the cake was the manager, who when we came back told us that she deals with "people like us" everyday and we are the ones who placed the wrong order even tho the staff agreed that they had given us the wrong order, she also told us that according to A&W Standards it is not mandatory to have a manager on duty at all times, that is hard to believe. After going back and forth with her for 10 minutes she finally somewhat agreed to her mistake and was not at all apologetic about it and acted like she was doing a favor by replacing my sandwich, and assumed that i know punjabi somehow and started talking in punjabi, she was offended when i said i don't speak that language, at this point i am not even sure if she was even the manager, if she is this store is in dire need of a restructuring because that is the worst customer service i have seen in my life, not so much as a single sorry from that person's mouth, if the general manager comes across this and would like to have a conversation please leave a reply i would be more than happy to come and talk to you, even tho it would be a...

Last night I visited this location. The night manager was extremely rude, unprofessional beyond believe. I went to the drive thru to pick up our online order. First she had an angry face, didn’t say nothing and I proceeded to greet her and let her know I was there to pick up our online order. She kept giving a rude, side eye look, like I stole her house. Then as she gave me our order, I said thank you! She was still mute, nothing with an angry face. I asked to please give us a tray for the 5 drinks we ordered, which I was shook she never even offered. I proceeded again to say thank you, she gave me an angry bothered look like “how dare you ask for a tray for 5 drinks”. She still said NOTHING!!!!

This was one of the worst customer service I have had and this is your “MANAGER “ A&W???? I do not know, who promoted this woman a manager cause she has -10 customer service. Full out attitude for no reason, refused to say hello or anything at all as like she was mute just making faces.

As someone with decades in the hospitality industry, this person will impact negatively this location.

I highly recommend never to visit this location at night as you will be served by someone with full of attitude, entitlement...

We ordered spicy habanero chickens, while we were ordering despite the fact that we said we wanted spice habanero chicken over 20 times not exaggerating, they kept suggesting chubby chicken. When we got back to our hotel and opened the bag, we noticed they gave us chubby chicken instead. We called them to inform them about their mistake, instead of realizing their mistake, they instead started gaslighting us, and telling us they gave us spicy habanero even though we had a chubby chicken in our hand. And later continued to tell us that the chubby chicken and the spicy habanero is the same thing, even though that was clearly not the case since we have gotten both chubby and spicy habernaro chicken before. Moving away from that issue, the food was a horrendous mess. The chubby chicken was stale, cold, and flavourless. The fries had 0 seasoning. Even the root beer was not cold and tasted funky. Never go to this restaurant because no matter what you order they will only serve you chubby chicken and continue to gaslight you. Do not make the same mistake...
