His dedication to providing a memorable dining experience was evident from the outset, as he went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. We arrived at Montana's Restaurant at 5:30 PM, expecting a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, what we encountered was far from satisfactory. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, we were told to wait 15 minutes due to some issues in the kitchen. This made it clear that they were unprepared and seemingly unwilling to seat us promptly to avoid being responsible for any delays.

A young staff member then asked if we wanted to sit at the bar, which was not suitable for my family. The bar area was crude and not a family-friendly environment, so we declined and requested a family table. There were three families ahead of us in line, and soon another family arrived. When it was finally our turn, the staff member overlooked us and seated the newly arrived family instead. It felt like a form of punishment for not accepting the bar seating, which was disrespectful and unprofessional.

Feeling disrespected, I asked to speak with the manager. However, the person who came was not the manager, nor did they appear to be in a managerial position. They seemed to be just another server. This lack of proper managerial oversight and poor handling of the situation was disappointing.

We left the restaurant feeling very dissatisfied with the level of service. The staff's attitude and behavior were unacceptable and demonstrated a lack of respect for customers. We will not be returning to Montana's and cannot recommend...

We used to come to this location quite frequently in the past and it was great. We’ve tried it again a couple of times post Covid, and have been disappointed.

First off, our server was amazing, and the only reason for 3 stars. He was enthusiastic and nice. The restaurant was clean and there were not many patrons inside.

We ordered the nachos with beef. This used to be a healthy portion and delicious. At $19.99, you would expect some decent toppings on it. There were very little chips scattered on the platter, and barely any toppings at all. I don’t think I even saw much cheese. I would never order this again. The price and quality was terrible. I don’t mind paying $20 for nachos if they are good.

The Brisket burger was simply “ok”. Nothing fancy. I expected the meat to be something fantastic but it tasted like a frozen patty with no flavour. Definitely nothing to brag about and very small.

The chicken tenders and wings were decent, but again, not to the standard it was pre-Covid.

Not sure what happened to this chain, but seems like after Covid they have decreased their quality and food.
