I had a very pleasant experience at Ice Flame, and I’m happy to say this spot exceeded expectations.

Highlights: • The Rasmalai Ice Cream – This was absolutely delicious. Made fresh and scraped from a cold slab, it was topped with pistachios, almonds, and what I believe was a touch of coconut. The flavor was beautifully balanced—not too sweet, just right. • Friendly Service – The staff were welcoming and kind, and the service was impressively quick without feeling rushed. • Clean & Organized – The place was very clean and well-kept, which made the whole experience even better. • Spacious Atmosphere – There’s plenty of seating inside and lots of parking available, making it a great stop whether you’re coming solo, as a couple, or with a group.

I visited this place with a craving for some roll ice-cream, and I was not disappointed. The parlour serves mainly roll ice-cream, but also has other options like paan, fries, falooda and more. The flavour variation is awesome, and they have something for everyone. I found my favourite coffee flavour roll ice-cream there, and it was delicious.

The staff was responsive and hard working, and they made the ice-cream in front of me with fresh ingredients.

The only downside was that the parlour was a bit pricey, and I felt that the portions were small for the cost. The quality was good, but I wish they had more value for money.
