I had issues with my 2014 Lenovo gaming laptop. It was operating slow and had very loud fan noise / heating issues. People were getting annoyed when I had it on. I called up a bunch of tech/repair places but most of them seemed rude over the phone and didn’t communicate well. That and their mixed reviews made it seem like I was just gonna spend a lot of money.

I reached out to Ali and he responded right away. I saw a lot of great reviews so I decided to give it a shot and check out his shop. WOWWWW, the shop is amazing. If you’re into tech/gadgets/gaming and more, you should defs check it out.

Anyways back to the laptop. Ali gave me a decent quote for the repair / upgrade and also a reasonable timeline. As discussed, he notified me within the timeframe and he OVER-DELIVERED. He went for a more economical and efficient solution for the fix/upgrade. I got back a laptop that looks and works like it’s brand new! And I spent less. Anyways, thanks again, Ali.

I bought my first car from this man, and the whole experience was utterly extraordinary I swear 🤩, He helped me with everything from the top bottom to buy it, gave me a couple of free items with the car, and when I needed help with the car due to a fault of mine I called him at 11PM and he walked me through fixing it all the way in a 15 minutes call.
