Felt very ripped off when I left they do not back up what they say during the sale I'd be very cautious I left some jewelry for a repair they still haven't called me to say it's completely it's been over a year I am not happy with this store whatsoever I would suggest to avoid it I'm still waiting. They only happy to take your money their services terrible and I truly mean that they're only happy to see me when they got money when I purchased something I asked for a repair I paid still waiting for it to be returned ask for some custom work still waiting bunch of crooks if you ask me. It's amazing how they lie to make them sound good first of all I did bring some stuff in they've never called to tell me what the cost is yet they say it cost too much I don't even know what the cost is it I'm expecting a certain cost but they've never bothered to phone back I also prepaid for an item to get done and they haven't called me to say it was ready they do not return phone calls this is not a very good place to shop they claim all kinds of things and if they don't follow through if they get caught they end up lying every bit of the reply is a lie I gave them items to do I've been waiting for them to call back I have a piece in jewelry that's been supposed to be repaired they've never called back to say it's completed yet I paid for it I did give them costumes jewelry I basically asked them to put a surrounded in a frame and gold silver platinum send me a cost and I'll prove it they've never sent me a cost get claim I didn't go ahead with it I want to go ahead with it I need to go ahead with it but the same time they've never called me they've never said anything and here they write about this if this is such the case why was I not told what the cost was why would I not pick up the the stones that I left with them these are lying bunch of thieves I would never do business with this group ever again in my life I'm so disappointed I thought they were decent jewelers that you could trust yeah not trustworthy that's for sure and I would never do business with them they still and they lie as far as I concerned I moved away from the area so it's inconvenient for me to go back and pick anything up but do you think they would call and tell me that you know or make arrangements for me to pick that up or make arrangements to mail it to me or anything they've done nothing they have done absolutely nothing yet they claim that they're wonderful people don't believe the BS I will stick my reputation that this is a bad company to deal with and I'm not backing down from that I'm so sad I met with these people the beginning I regret that one of my life regrets is having to deal with this company and the lies especially the lies...

I recently visited this jewelry store for a repair based on positive Google reviews, but my experience turned out to be highly disappointing. I needed a replacement latch for one of my cherished sterling silver hoop earrings, and despite confirming that it was indeed real silver, with clear markings on the intact piece which was left with them as reference, I still received a repaired piece with a fake attachment.

Upon contacting the store to inform them about the issue, I was met with skepticism and insulted rather than receiving understanding or an apology. Nevertheless, I decided to give them another chance and brought the earrings back to have them reevaluate the repair. After confirming that the attachment was indeed fake and that I have an allergy to inauthentic materials they acknowledged their mistake and assured me that they would replace it with a .925 silver piece.

I returned a week later to collect the earrings. I was told to put the earrings on. Didn’t notice anything off in the few minutes I was inside the store. To my dismay after wearing the earrings for a few hours the 2nd repair piece started to tingle and throb, indicating either the materials used was not pure .925 silver or has the presence of nickel.

Furthermore, unlike my original piece, the added attachment lacked clear markings, suggesting a lack of attention to detail.

My overall experience with this jewelry store was disheartening and frustrating. From the initial misrepresentation of materials to the subsequent failed attempts at repair, I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone seeking quality jewelry repair or trustworthy service.

Terrible experience my second time. Dont try to shove any words in my mouth. The person that referred me here asked me to give them a lift & i thought hey maybe theyd be nice enough to clean my jewelry since im a returning customer. I provided 2 diamond pendants & my diamond ring. Endri however you spell his name said “we have to wash the diamonds by hand” then he returns wirh my pendants looking amazing & shrugs his shoulders and says “sorry thats what happens when we use the machine to wash. He CLEARLY said all diamonds would be hand washed and offered to fix his mistake for $20 in a couple days. Almost 2 weeks gone by & i got it back it looked terrible like a novice repaired it & he demanded $80. Day i got it back another diamond fell out, same one they had to “set” back in place. Terrible experience & you really screwed up losing a good customer i spent thousands a year on new jewelry. You probably have my number if you want me to take this down so no one else see’s I’ll remove it if you make things right but everyone needs to know how you set me up.
