VTRGaming — Local services in Mississauga

Wouldn't recommend doing business with these guys after my recent experience with these guys. I came to them with a massive game collection valued at around 12k with mostly sealed games from one console. Upon inquiring about the value of the collection and if they would be interested purchasing, they asked me to text the provided number, after basically a couple of weeks of going back and forth often being forgotten and having to remind them that I had messaged them to begin with, they asked to only purchase the used games. I said ok and had once again sent them the list of only the used games and then a seperate list of the new ones. They offered around 3k which to me seemed like a good offer for my 6ks worth of used games. I said yes, assuming they meant the used games, however they meant 3k for ALL OF MY GAMES. This was obviously a massive slap to the face considering they had only asked for the used games originally which is why I assumed the offer was just for the used games. Needless to say this was a ridiculous offer for all my games and even decided to be nice and meet halfway at 6k for my 12k in games. Once again they never got back to me. I don't like businesses that play games or try to take advantage of people. I suggest trying a real store that gives you the time of day and doesn't try to pull a fast one on you. Won't be...

I would have put ZERO STARS for this vist but i cant.

I Went there to sell some cards and other items it was 745pm when I entered 1 other person in the store he did a quick look and bought 2 items and then said they were closing soon did I need anything else i said I was just going to look at the cards in the show case the other person's child asked if he could look at my cards I said no problem but the store takes priority out of respect. The guy then spoke in their native language to the child's mother and then all of a sudden the kid said thank you and stepped away from me the guy then said we are closed now did you need anything I said no and walked out at 8pm just to notice when leaving the parking lot that they close at 9pm.

First issue disrespectful and uncalled for: as there was no need to have said something in native language when the other customer spoke perfect english when the child asked to see my cards very politely. As they were speaking English when I walked in and during my time there all but when this happened.

Second issue disrespectfull: why lie to customer about what time you close and rush them out when yet you were open for...
