Perry's Furniture — Local services in Moncton

I bought one of these chairs in November for over $4000.00, yes... $4000.00! After only 2 days the chair was sunken in the seat area and you can feel every piece of wood or metal that it is made from. It is obviously defective, so I call the store and was told a "technician" was going to come and look at it. They sent the same dilivery driver who dropped it off and they said that they are all like that. I went back to the store and asked for store credit, not a refund, so I could get a chair that you can actually sit on. I was told that there is no warrenty with this store, and Fjords would contact us. I was never contacted and physically went back to store again and was told that someone would contact us. Well it is now 3 month later and still nothing. I spent close to $9 grand on a chair, couch and coffee table with zero customer service. I would never recommend buying anything from Perry's! With only one or two customers in the store at a time, you would think that they could at least fix their faulty product...

purchased the table from Amisco, had some tech issues, the retailer took very not customer service oriented position: declined to provide any support, was not answering the calls,do not answer facebook, not willing to make any steps to solve the situation. Store staff always asks each coming customer if this is the 1st time at their store. despite this they DO NOT SAY THAT ALL THE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.OR REFUNDABLE. they have this information written in a small letters. so they push customers to buy even if they see customer is hesitating with purchase. if any issues occur store just keep silent. PERRY'S FURNITURE makes customer to deal with manufacturer directly. when the manufacturer tries to solve existing issue the store does not assist, they just refuse to assist. this is one of the worse customer care experience with PERRY'S FURNITURE STORE. strongly NOT RECOMMENDED from the point of...

Moncton has quite a few furniture stores and when my partner and I were looking for a sofa, we visited the standard stores that one would visit to find one and couldn’t find anything modern and less than quality items were way overpriced. We happen to drive by Perry’s and decided to stop and we were floored. Love their furniture and it is high quality Canadian made furniture at really great prices. Staff were very friendly and overall the experience was awesome. The best part is that they sell off the floor so no waiting for months for your pieces. All in all the best furniture store in Moncton. Next time we are shopping for furniture we will go to Perry’s first. Great...
