Big League Burgers & Wings — Restaurant in Moncton

Wouldn't recommend it to anyone! I have never wrote a review in my life but after last night's awful experience I have to. After ordering meals for my wife and kids and myself we were given a number they would call out. #90. After 89 was called it jumped to 91, 92, 93, then at 94 my wife went and asked. We were forgotten. Accidents happen, no big deal. We finally get it, my wife's fish and chips has 2 pieces of fish in the box with no chips (fries) or tarter sauce she asked for, went back and got that. My cheeseburger meal with onion rings is just a cheeseburger, no onion rings, went back and got that. Ketchup bottle on table..completely empty, went and got that. Honey garlic sauce for my son's wings..empty, went and got that. Mayonnaise myself and daughter wanted as dip......you guessed it....empty. After $53 spent for what we thought would be a quick but enjoyable meal we left disappointed and will never return! My husband was in the mood for a good burger so we decided to try Big Leauge for a change. We went to order and the server had the personality of a stuck up cat, my husband ordered first, a double bacon cheeseburger combo, and I ordered a cheeseburger combo. Our order was almost $40. We were told nothing, not where to wait or your number is, etc. We sat at a table and our order was delivered to our table in a paper bag. Both of our burgers were double burgers, our server didn't ask if I wanted a single, double or triple, she just assumed a double and I assumed a single when I ordered a cheeseburger. There were a lot of fries but they were all the sharp ends which were hard and crunchy. Really enjoyed my first experience at Big League Burgers and I can't wait to try more of the options. One thing I would reccomend is change the pictures of the burgers on the menu board. I thought the meat looked like the stuff at Harvey's.. boy was I wrong it was juicy and fresh not to mention delicious. I guess what I am saying is better represent the actual burgers you sell .
