I wouldn’t recommend renting from this place AT ALL. The skis and snowboards we got were in terrible shape—super rough and clearly not waxed properly. I didn’t realize how bad they were until the staff at our hotel’s ski shop pointed it out and showed me what good quality gear should look like. My family and I flipped over multiple times on the slopes because of the poor condition of the equipment, and they didn’t even give us poles for the skis.

To top it off, they wouldn’t offer a refund, and I later found other rental places nearby with much better gear at cheaper prices. It feels like they take advantage of beginners who might not know better. Made out skiing experience horrible and I will never be coming back...

I rented skis and a snowboard for my family. It was like they were doing me a favor. Even though the store was empty when we were there, the store manager was unwilling to provide help beyond what he said was standard. For example, I wanted to swop bindings on the snowboard I was renting. He was said "no, we don't have time to do that". I finally managed to reach a compromise where I would pay an additional $25 for him to put on bindings that I owned (I did not want to rent their boots but still paid for them). They ended up putting on my bindings wrong and I had to have someone at the mountain adjust them. He later said he would refund the $25 but only credited $21. I am definitely not coming back...
