To say we're disappointed would be an understatement. We booked this hotel based on the affordable rates, luxury photos, location to the hill and spa. ( we should of known better) with numerous FB adds thrown in our faces with such a great deal.. we feel scammed as we were placed in the old hotel. Two large flights of stairs to climb up is not an easy task being 35 weeks pregnant. There's also no lights on these stairs, we tried to search for a switch. This is a major safety concern. There's no phone in the room shall we need to reach someone for assistance. This trip to mont tremblant was a combination of our anniversary, christmas, my 32nd birthday and our baby moon as our due date is in 3 weeks. Our last getaway just the two of us before we welcome our baby girl. We tried to cancel our 2nd night so we could rebook elsewhere. There was no accommodation offered to us for our dissatisfaction, customer service could use an upgrade along with the hotel information. There isn't even a TV in our room so we can kick back and relax. Our bathroom sink has a rusty hole in it, resulting in a wet floor causing me to loose my balance We received 1 towel for two of us for our two day stay!! Confirm what building you're staying in before you sign in so your not let down.

I recently came across this hotel online and was instantly impressed by its location, style, and breathtaking views from the photos. The place looked elegant, modern, and very well maintained, so I decided to visit in person to see if it lived up to expectations. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised that everything looked exactly as advertised—if not better. The property itself felt very classy and welcoming, with a refined design that gives off a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. The lobby was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a very upscale vibe. The panoramic views were absolutely stunning, just as I had seen online, making it clear why this hotel is so highly recommended. Unfortunately, when I tried to book a room, I found out that the hotel was fully booked. Although I couldn’t stay this time, the professionalism of the staff stood out. They were polite, attentive, and genuinely apologetic about the lack of availability, even offering to guide me with alternative dates and options for a future booking. Based on my first impression, this is definitely a place worth staying at. The ambiance, the views, and the overall quality make it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. I’ll definitely be planning my stay here next time!

We had an amazing three nights and 3 days stay at this newly opened condo hotel. The reception called us because we were running late to checkin. Clear and precise instructions were given as to how we can get the keys from the key box. The one bed room was very clean and layout is very convenient and modern. We didn’t have the lakeview room, but still the nice room and quiet stay away from the bustling village was all worth it. We definitely recommend this condo hotel! We stayed on Sept 30 until Oct 3, which gave us a beautiful fall view of Lac Moore. It is about 5minutes away from Mont Tremblant village, where all the activities for all are. The room is complete with full kitchen that has all dinnerwares, utensils, pots and pans, toaster, coffeemaker, microwave and stove for cooking. If we come back, we would definitely stay again. And Chez David Restaurant beside it has amazing food and patio overlooking Lac Moore, so definitely book a reservation too. Thanks Chateau Morritt for a wonderful fall stay which our family will remember for a long time. :)

That there would be ever a chance to meet the master mind behind this fairly new time share property in Mont Tremblant, Quebec. Canada.|Sitting pretty on Lac Moore and close to the new and old villages of Mont Tremblant is Chateau Morritt.|But developer David Morritt found potential in this remarkable property for sale in 2018 and began his second dream and vision to build a resort much like his time share resort Morritts Tortuga Club in the East End of the Grand Cayman Islands.|Being a time share member of this one we we had the opportunity to experience his new venture and perhaps critique it whilst we are here! |So that we are doing now and enjoying it to the full so far with the added bonus of meeting Mr. Morritts and his staff.|What a delightful and personal gentleman he is with great friendly staff! |He seemed very keen to know that we are comfortable here and enjoying the area and of course spread the word about this beautiful place! |A ski resort by reputation but fast becoming a summer place with plenty to do outdoors and the epitome of healthy living. |We were to find out too that Mont Tremblant was hosting The Iron Man Competition going on this week, so plenty of cyclists and runners around prepping for the race.|The condos are lovely with one/two bedroom units, full kitchens, very spacious and tastefully decorated with balconies...some looking over the lake. |All fairly new and clean so not tired looking from overuse. |Plans are to build three phases this being phase one and completed by 2026 perhaps all bring well they said... |Trails abound for hiking, walking and walking to town a five minute stroll for restaurants, cafés, grocery store and a few shops. |There is more buzz up the hill to the new village and Mont Tremblant mountain area, ten minutes by car. Gondolas will take you to the summit for skiing and summer hiking.|So what's not to love about this wonderful place tucked a mere two hours north of Montreal?!|One can see why Mr. Morritt could not resist this opportunity to develop another fine piece of property in the northern climes and have the best of both worlds at his finger tips and even better share it with his treasured guests!|We for one will be back for sure and probably in two years when the hotel will be more complete but in the meantime give it a go...you won't be disappointed and you might even run into the Maestro as a bonus who will be just as interested in you as he was with us on arrival a few days ago...
