Tremblant Living Luxury Chalet Rentals — Local services in Mont-Tremblant

We rented in Dec 2023. Would not recommend booking with this company. The reason I give two stars instead of 1 is because the house itself is well made and everything worked.

However, there were some BIG issues that were not dealt with that make booking with this company a liability for us as guests. There is zero communication and/or accountability from the management company.

Could not find property upon arrival and received zero communication or help from provided phone number. Google maps address provided in arrival email did not lead to an accurate location. Searched for 1.5 hours with our taxi driver after already having made a 5 hour trip to get to MTL with our 18 mo child. Called the number provided, they did not know where it was. TOLD US TO COME BACK IN THE MORNING— without providing any alternative lodging options. In the end, I called the police station and they were able to guide us.

No one ever called to see if we were OK. No one ever replied to our email.

Nobody salts the roads or driveway. Get ready for a slip and slide where you almost break your leg getting to your car in the winter.

Not safe for small children. You can’t lock the house from the inside and the door locks from outside automatically — super easy for kids to get locked out in the cold. The staircase leading downstairs is steep and is located right where you enter the house. There is no baby gate provided.

Some small things that were just audacious considering how much be paid per night:

Limited amounts of household items available Qualify of the toilet paper was the same as the airports The rooms don’t have curtains and there is a lot of light spilling in from the nearby houses. Can not open windows in rooms. Beds are super hard and sheets were extremely cheap.

This is the best condo my family and I have rented to date. I have have stayed here before and I will stay here again. It is so spacious, stylish and chic, filled with high end luxury furnishings (I am in love the Italian leather sectional) and in a terrific location. Nestled on a hilltop surrounded by a forest on one side and a top tier golf course on the other, it is far enough away from the resort downtown to not be bothered by the noise that can last until midnight or beyond, but close enough to easily walk. It took us 12 min to leisurely walk to the first chair lift (first parking lot) - keep in mind we were walking with young children and travelling at a snail's pace. The beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in and would put them in my own house without hesitation. I have stayed in this condo both in the winter and in the summer. One thing I LOVE about staying in the summer are the 3 patios attached to the condo. The view from the living room/dining room area (and conversely the balconies attached to both) is breathtaking - absolutely perfect and second to none. The last time we stayed here the Spa amenities were not yet open. Well it was worth the wait. Forget the Scandinave Spa, they have all your need within steps from your ground floor condo. There is a dry heat sauna, multiple outdoor hot tubs, a cool off pool, outdoor fireplace, hammock-like chairs, loungers, cold shower rinse off, work out room and more. One thing I really appreciated about staying here in the winter was the storage locker located right beside the two designated parking spots for all our ski paraphernalia. Plus in the storage locker, there are these handy ski hooks to help us keep our 8 pairs of skis organized. All I can say is rent with confidence! We will...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful chalet, and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the team at Tremblant living had thought of everything to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The chalet itself was immaculate, spotlessly clean and well-maintained throughout. Every detail, from the cozy interior to the well-stocked amenities, was taken care of with great attention.

What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional care and accommodation provided for my mom, who has mobility challenges. Johnathan was incredibly thoughtful and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was set up perfectly for her. They made sure the entrance was cleared of snow and ice, making it safe and easy for my mom to access the chalet. The entire property was prepared with her needs in mind, and Johnathan was always available to offer assistance. It was clear that they truly cared about her comfort and enjoyment, which made our stay even more special.

This chalet provided not just a stunning getaway but an overall great experience. I can't recommend it enough, especially for those traveling with loved ones who may have special needs. The combination of impeccable cleanliness, attention to detail, and outstanding hospitality made this stay one to remember. We'll definitely book with Tremblant...
