I have been shopping here for 15 years and have been very satisfied. However, this evening at 6pm Nov 24 I did my groceries and got home to find that the cheese I bought was covered in mold. I went back to the store to show the cashier. She responded “that’s not my problem”. I then showed her the fridge where the rest of the cheese of the same brand was ALL moldy. Again she responded “that’s not my problem”. I explain to her that the only reason I brought this to her attention is so that she can let her manager or her supplier know. This is for the safety and health of customers. She responded “ The only thing I will do is take it off the shelf, eventually”.

Unhygenic, unsafe, and insulting practices! This worker is a hazard...

I have a bad experience in this shop ... When we arrived to the cashier to pay our bill (140$) I told the cashier that I have US dollars only , she said ok ! After I paid in US currency, she said that she does not have change in US currency therefore, will return the change in Canadian currency .. she returned few cents !!! The amount of 140 in Canadian = 106 American more or less. The cashier was supposed to return at least 34 Canadian instead : returned few cents !!!! I’ve been going here for years and despite it being pricey it was always convenient and my experience had been great.

I moved back to the old village this summer and have been so disappointed with the moody cashier lady who is there full time. She is short with me and tonight I got there at 7:54pm and she had the door locked. It would be a 1 star review if it weren’t for my past years of consistently good service.

I will now avoid shopping here so long as that woman is working. (The one who you’ll never see outdoors not smoking a cigarette)....
